Food good. Impressive food presentation too. They accommodated my request for no egg, hollandaise on my skillet. Not many vegan options here! I have to flex when not at home and most restaurants in the East are eggs, cheeses, meats.This town has a paper mill that pumps thick white plumes in the air, smells toxic to me, and there us a very unfortunate-looking giant aboveground wide pipe that crosses the river there that is highly visible from the restaurant. We joked that it is a huge old waterslide. Must be top expensive to Bury underground but the town really NEEDS to do that!

Like a lot of people, on our trip to PEI from Ottawa we stayed in Edmunston, NB. I been looking forward to our trip and to eat at Pur & Simple. Let me tell you this place did not disappoint! I got the avocado toast (Avocado Lox) eggs cooked perfectly, salmon was fresh, vegetables were great and the P&S famous potatoes are to die for! Best of all, the staff and specifically our server Brenda were great and friendly. We will be seeing them again on our return, do yourself a favour and do the same.

Food was so fresh and delicious. My best ever breakfast from here. Service was also very fast and quick even they were super busy. The place was clean and ambiance was appealing.

Our food was amazing, but the real highlight was the service. Our server - whose name I am totally blanking on but I believe was Sulian -, was awesome. He checked on us many times, remembered every detail of our order, and we felt so well cared for. He made our family brunch experience memorable!

A nice treat after returning from a camping trailer road trip around NS back to Ontario via Edmundston. Had been craving for pancakes. Hence the search. Fortunately I found this place which serves red velvet pancakes, even better. Haven't had them in ages. I don't normally have sweet breakfast so they perfectly fulfilled my indulgence in that moment.I wish they have a real barista. They do have Zummo juicer so that's a plus.We received good service - welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately not as attentive since they served the wrong meat option for my spouse.Overall, this franchise location was good! We would come here again if in the area.
