Well good fries, salads and choices for your burger. The meat patty in a regular burger is pretty greasy and tastes yucky to me, always has. The Angus patty is better however still not that good to my taste buds. Wish they used better meat without fillers and spices as the rest of the burger toppings are great. Hot dogs are pretty good. Tried the chicken sandwich a couple months ago and it was really dried out and over cooked.

Just ordered a burger in the drive thru and it took 20 minutes to receive it due to the person ahead of me being able to order something that took 20 minutes to make. This then resulted in being handed a cold burger and the staff member basically saying deal with it". Items that take that long to make should not be allowed to be ordered in the drive thru."

In terms of customer service the interaction was pleasant but my wife and I brought our two young kids in for dinner and were slightly disappointed with the lack of structure and organization in the preparation of the food. People were getting passed over by people who ordered after they did.My wife waited 20 minutes for a hot dog, a single hot dog. That was the most unpleasant part was how long it was taking to prepare food items and yet people who's order were taken well after us were receiving their food before my wife got her hot dog.

Avoid this place.....What I asked for wasLettuce ( they put none)Tomatoes ( they put none)Ketchup ( they put none )Hot peppers ( they put ONE hot pepper ring)Is this place serious??And this is how it looks? Did they toss everything across the kitchen and hope for the best????If I could give zero stars I would.Never have I EVER had this type of garbage service at. Harvey's before.

Absolutely horrible.Staff was short and rude, interrupted multiple times during the ordering process and continued to get short/annoyed with us when we stated we were not finished ordering (total of 3 meals.)We were then parked, and watched 3 vehicles order after us and receive their food before us, we were not even offered our drinks.So we parked. Upon the employee bringing out of bag of food - she proceeded to place it teetering on the edge of the vehicle window ledge and with a very rude tone asked “got it?” As if she hadnt just basically thrown the bag at us with a flick of her wrist, & already let go of the bag and started to make her way back inside.Absolutely atrocious. Don’t even answer their phone when you call.Will NOT be back.

Went there tonight drive through waited 15 minutes ok fine, it's a Saturday night, burgers were cold and not labeled no clue what was what.Got a Cesar salad instead of fries, the salad was all wilted blacken ends nothing in it except a corner of a kraft cheese single. Absolutely disgusting, tossed in garbage and contact health board, see moldy bun review?How's this place still operating?

Ordered a wrap combo, drive thru order taker asks what's on the wrap? I say everything, they say everything is ketchup, mustard, rattling off more, no I say I thought everything was lettuce tomato onion, they interrupt me, no everything is ketchup mustard, ....sure, no helpful, let's be obtuse, lots of other places want my business, take yours somewhere else, too.

We were a hot, sweaty group of 2 adults and 5 kids - the staff were patient while we figured out 7 meals - and later helped us to get ice cream for the little ones.The staff simply made the whole experience easier, from bringing food to the table and not getting upset at the antics of my grandkids. Even the other patrons were understanding when the kids hollered bye and have a good day as we left lol.

No salt, no vinegar, and tomatoes that looked and tasted very old. Also, the hamburger bun was stail. There is no manager on site to speak to about these complaints the people serving told me they had runout salt and vinigar and would not get new supply's until Tuesday two days from now. The restaurant area was gruby at best. I will not set foot in this Harvey's again.

Waited 15 mins in line, ordered and then waited about 8 min at the window. Asked 1 meal with a frings other with a poutine. When I got home I got 2 frings...+ Ordered spring rolls from swiss chalet, they were undercooked, usually they are crispyz these ones were soggy and didn't taste like the ones in the restaurant. Not impressed
