Empress Hot Tubs & Swim Spas

We had to trade-in our old hot-tub and purchase a new one urgently due to medical reasons, and we loved working with Jacqueline and her team. We got a great deal - much better that we had imagined, especially after comparing prices with other retailers in the Calgary area. Removal and installation was very fast, and even electrical installation and repairs were handled by Jacqueline's team. We needed this done ASAP, and were very impressed with how fast Jacqueline handled everything. We would recommend this business to everyone without hesitation.

We cannot say enough good things about Empress Hot Tubs and the owner, Jacqueline!! Over a period of a year, we researched every hot tub available in Canada and visited every hot tub store in Calgary. Empress has BY FAR the best quality hot tubs available and the best customer service. We have now have had the Master Spa's Twilight hot tub (with built in speakers, wifi, and adjustable lights) for over a year and it has been without a doubt the best purchase we have ever made! The jets on this tub are absolutely amazing!! We have not had any issues with our tub and we drained and cleaned out the hot tub for the first time today (with the guidance and help from the owner), and it still looks brand new! We are so happy with our purchase! Thank you Jacqueline!!

We bought a hot tub from here about 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier! Jacqueline was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are first time hot tub owners and knew nothing about maintenance, but we were taught everything need to know. I've even called Jacqueline a couple times since our purchase for water chemistry help and she was very helpful and solved our issue. The delivery was on time and very efficient. We went to several other stores when looking to buy our hot tub and Empress was the most helpful and the best value.

I would highly recommend Empress to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.The price was the lowest in the city, even when there were advertised sales elsewhere. Jacqueline is very professional and knowledgeable. She treats you as a valuable customer long after you purchase your hot tub. I live on the other side of the city and I would not go anywhere else to purchase my chemicals. I had purchased a hydraulic lift for my cover, 2 years later the bracket broke, I took it into Empress and Jacqueline went above and beyond to replace the part at no cost to me. Every time I deal with Jackie and her staff I am impressed. Their service technician was very responsive and easy to deal with. In mid February, I had the technician at my house in Strathmore (for a dead motherboard) the same day. It was replaced two days later (after theparts came in). Great service at a fair price. We had a great experience with Empress Hot tubs and swim spas. The first day we went in we were immediately greeted with a pleasant hostess who she showed us the showroom, explaining the models of hot tubs. We had some questions and she got the technician who answered our questions. The owner came out to our home and surveyed our property to make sure that we had no issues with delivery.We were surprised that Empress had hot tub availability and ready for delivery within days.Set up was easy, we have access to the website for reference videos and customer support. We have been enjoying our hot tub ever since it’s been delivered.Our experience was wonderful and I recommend Empress if you are looking for No non sense and dependability.

My hot tub cover for my master spa was destroyed in the summer hail storm. I had just the worst time trying source a replacement cover, until I called Empress. Jacqueline is the bomb, she had a cover in stock, and for a great price. Which means I didnt have to wait 8-14 weeks, and they even delivered it.I would highly recommend Empress to just about anyone and everyone. Absolutely incredible customer service, I couldn't be happier.

*Please read update.Empress carries a line of superior hot tubs that won't disappoint.Jacqueline is a straight shooter and knowledgeable. That's a good thing in an industry that is unregulated. Refreshing not to have to deal with the marketing gimmicks, smoke and mirrors. DO NOT go to World of Spas whatever you do. Don't even get me started on the snake that runs that place (the owner there pays people to submit positive reviews, and buries old ones.) However, see update...⭐UPDATE : We recently purchased a top of the line hot tub from Jacqueline.We had ZERO follow up after our $17,000 purchase. Yet the people who did our gravel pad we put the hot tub on, were kind enough to give us a little gift to thank us for our business,and we only spent about $2,500 with them. I think checking in with your customers at they have made a purchase as substantial as this should be a given!What's worse, she presumably read this review, and texted me 4-5 months afterwards to ask if we could make an appointment to chat re.the purchase, and I texted her back, giving her times I would be available, and she never responded or called again after that!Talk about adding insult to injury! Seriously Jacqueline, this is business school 101. You need to step up this part of your business, and if you think it doesn't matter, you couldn't be more wrong. Word of mouth is everything, and in this time of social media, negative posts and negative reviews could sink a business over time.It's stunning to me, that some business owners just don't get that good business is more than just taking someone's money! It's the entire process from start to finish, and following up with a customer and thanking them for their order.
