Depends on the associate that helped. People don't pick up the phones when trying to call in. Much room for improvement.

Didn't go to the pro desk. Was going to purchase the DeWalt 2.0 tool box system. Saw it at HD Aurora for $248. Did my investigation on the product and wanted to get it. HD Richmond Hill is closer to my home. HD Richmond Hill didn't have it for the same price, asked the associates at the store to match price, all I got was a NO! Short and sweet. This store has never left me with a good feeling. Won't be going back ever. Rude sales associates. I will drive out of my way to go to a store that helps and assists there patrons.
