Excellent experience shopping here for an engagement ring. The site was easy to use and I was confident I was getting exactly what I was hoping for despite undergoing the entire process online. Communication from Alexei was prompt after ordering and my unique shipping situation was easily handled. All in all, very happy with my decision to shop here and 5/5 would recommend.

I came across Alexei and Pure Diamond while searching for a ring for my 10th anniversary!Alexei was kind enough to schedule an appointment at the earliest and when we met him, he took his time to explain and educate us about the diamonds. I was so appreciative of his customer service that we decided to go ahead with him after meeting two other custom ring jewellers (big names) for whom we were just another clients.He is super responsive and would text me back answering my queries almost at the same time or within a couple of hours.From a pricing standpoint, he was pretty straightforward and provided us with a breakdown from the very beginning.Alexei went above and beyond to source an amazing Diamond within our desired budget and carat and was still the most reasonable amongst the other two jewellers.We had a few changes to the design at the rendering stage but he never complained and was happy to include the changes whenever I requested them.Overall, I am so happy to have found a genuine person who equally gets excited to custom make jewellery for every single client of his!! He is a power bank of knowledge when it comes to diamonds!! And I look forward to getting more custom pieces from him in the near future!!

We had an incredible experience purchasing the ring from Alexei. From the moment we met him we knew he was very genuine and knowledgeable about diamonds. I was quite indecisive and he was able to walk me through the 4Cs and the two shapes I was struggling with to figure out what I really wanted. The ring exceeded any expectations we could've had. It is so beautiful and all my friends and family have pointed out how white and sparkly the diamond is. It’s easy to see why this place has such good reviews. Alexei is such a great guy and he makes the experience so personal. His shop is very boutique and classy looking which on its own makes the experience great. I asked to engrave the ring and he “one upped” that and laser inscribed my fiancé’s name on the diamond which can only be seen through a microscope. When we come into get the ring sized she will have a nice little surprise when we show her. What a great personal touch! Not to mention the ring and diamond look absolutely amazing. I had looked for a long time for Diamond stud earrings, with lots of places online advertising beautiful pictures. I stumbled upon Pure and so happy that I did.
