The spring on one of our garage doors snapped on Friday, March 31. I made a couple of phone calls and Upright Door Services" answered straight away. I spoke to the dispatcher and explained what needed to be done and requested a few extra tasks. The appointment was scheduled for Monday

I had a spring replaced on my garage door in July 2022. The technician was very polite and helpful. However, right away I noticed the door was very heavy to lift....much heavier than it had been before it broke. I should have call them back right away, but I just put up with it. My fault. Today I finally decided to call them but was told it was too late. The person I spoke to said it could very likely be a new problem, but I re-iterated that it had been like that since day 1. They could send someone to look at it, but it would cost approximately $150 for the service call. While I was definitely in the wrong for waiting over 6 months to call, I think in the spirit of providing good customer service, they could have offered something more. For example, if it turned out to be something new, then charge me. For this reason, I would not recommend them. As an aside, when I searched them on Google, an Uxbridge address and phone number came up (which is why I contacted them), but I don't believe they have an Uxbridge location - since the business was sold by the previous Uxbridge resident owner.

Great tech , came out in 24 hr and serviced my 30 year old wooden garage door that came off the track and wire jammed. He fixed within an hour and got the door working properly. He also gave us a honest assessement of what to do if we were to upgrade to a newer less heavy door. Keep up the good work Jay and Tonya. Call them if you're in a jammed. They call back quickly.

I just want to do a shout out to Upright Doors. I had them replace my garage door. From the office staff to the salesman to the installer, they were very easy to work with and I am very happy with the finished product. Thanks to all for your customer oriented service and quality product.

Asked for a repair of my rented house while I was out of town. They opened the door and said the spring needed repair. The electrical service was out in the garage and they said they couldn’t fix it because of it and to leave the door open. This is the Friday of the long weekend?? How are we meant to leave a door open all weekend with animals, valuables etc. Why would they not just run an extension cord and get the job done? So far I’m very unimpressed.

I have dealt with Upright doors in the past. I called the listed number hoping to speak to Allan not knowing he had retired. The new people who had assumed his business were fabulous. Their pricing was very reasonable and my new Garaga doors look great and are to my understanding insulated to R-16. I spend a lot of time in my garage and have noticed that the furnace doesn't run as much. I'll be glad to be able to recommend a local company to do work for any of my friends or clients. Fantastic service and meticulous installation of my new garage door opener. Al responded promptly to my email and follow-up phone calls. Jim arrived on time and did an amazing install.
