The team did a superior job on my car and were among the best I’ve seen in any business at staying in touch through the entire process. Nobody wants to need autobody repairs like I did, but if you do its a great place to start.

First time ever that I hasted writing a review about a business the moment I got back home after my interaction with team Assured including Nigel who worked on my car repair. This business has employees that are really passionate, savvy and demonstrate customer first approach. I highly encourage the management to ensure that their staff is paid and treated well because its very difficult to find employees like you have at this establishment.

This shop is a gem - Lucy, Nevada, Nigel and Co. have taken such good care of me and my 18 year old Toyota. I was already a repeat visitor - it's been a few years since the earlier bodywork/bumper replacements, and now the recent windstorm repairs to a door/window - each time the overall experience has been positive. The work is done to a high standard, the team is really engaged with their work and customers, and the turnaround times seem reasonable (for the times I haven't said, It'll be ready tomorrow? Wow!").This is a place that I have since recommended to family and friends.This time

This is the second time I've had to use the body shop/paint services of Assured.The staff at this shop are extremely courteous and always happy to help, with one staff member even reaching out to my insurer to confirm that my deductible was to be waived.I picked my car up around a week ago and was extremely happy with the work done. Not only that, the car had been cleaned inside and out; even leaving my filthy winter mats spotless.Thanks Guys!!!

The service is superb.Honestly it has been many years since I last had such a professional and friendly customer service experience.Nevada the receptionist took care of all details in record timing and liaised with my insurance, including going a few extra miles to ensure that all parties are perfectly aligned.She made all that look as a no brainer to me as a client, yet I realize there is a lot of effort behind her seamless management of the whole process.Thanks Nevada and Team!!

My car 2017 Rav 4 was repaired by Assurance Automotive to the highest degree of care and they also detailed the interior of my car it caught me by surprise Nevada was highly professional and called me every time with an update! Whatever you need go here! Don’t let the looks fool you this place may look small but packs a punch! Outstanding work! The car looked like I bought it from the dealer! Top customer service from all!

Great team at this location. Nevada is a true customer service expert. The guys in the shop are hard working and my vehicle looks brand new.

Assured Automotive was the recommended shop from my insurance company to repair my vehicle. At the end of the day, when I picked up my vehicle it looked like new (which was important because my car was only 15 months old and the accident wasn't our fault). My only issue that is preventing me from giving 5 stars is that I would have liked the shop to proactively keep me informed about progress. Overall, my car was in the shop for 8 weeks, often waiting on parts and available staff. I had to be the one phoning for status, which was hard because often the phone wouldn't get answered because they were short staffed. When I got to talk to someone they were always informative and very pleasant. I would use this organization again.
