It is very easy to book an appointment online. Very organized. Staff are kind and professional. Impressed.

Appallingly poor service from start to finish: waited nearly an hour after my appointment time, the offices seemed unclean and not well-managed, I received no notice that my test results were available, and, finally, I had to spend more than an hour tracking down my results. If there is an alternative testing service available, I suggest you try it instead.

Had an appointment, got rejected by the Filipina clerk because I had a requisition from a Quebec family doctor. Didn't care I had OHIP and was an Ontario resident, insisted on charging me per item.Went to Dynacare down the street and they took me in.

Wonderful experience. This is now my go-to lab in my neighbourhood. So calm and friendly. I showed up right at 7:00 am. Only one other person in line. I did't feel rushed. The nurse was very comforting and personable. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They do prefer that you book an appointment ahead of time.

Very rude welcome. The line was in the hall I was first in line. When a bunch of patients left, there were some vacant seats. I went in to sit down and was verbally accosted by the staff. There are no signs to let patients know that they need to wait in the hall until called into the waiting room.I think they need a maître d'To add insult to injury, and just when I was having flash backs to what it was like in residential school, they sent the abusive staff to take my samples. The first thing she said when she walked into the test room was put that cell phone away!"

There was a young medium-blonde woman working today that I hadn't seen before, and man, was she good! It's been years since I've had a blood draw where they didn't have to reposition the needle once in. But this girl nailed it! Phlebs and nurses often have a hard time because I am fat, and as such, my veins are deeper and harder to feel. But this girl was an absolute pro.This visit was also very fast. I do recommend checking the wait time on the lifelabs website in advance, though, as it can get quite busy.

The nurse who drew my blood was very friendly and if I only had to deal with her it would be five stars. However, the reception was very rude and condescending. I had lost my health card but had called the service ontario 1-800 number to replace it. I understand not having the physical card is a bit of a headache but they made it much more hostile than it had to be. I showed up with photo ID and a copy of my health card number with my new access code. I don’t know if I was in the wrong but I was never offered an email copy of my temporary card. I was simply told on the phone it would show up in two weeks. However, the reception kept telling me “come back with your temporary card” and I explained i did not have one. I have worked places with strict rules before and had they been nice I would have understood. The one lady was very condescending and it just seemed like she was looking for a fight. I was never rude to them and I genuinely felt bad that I was going to cause a headache. I just did not enjoy being spoken to the way I was in front of the whole waiting room. luckily i had a photo of my card and it worked out. They just clearly were not trying to help me out.

I’ve been coming here since they were in the basement of the same location. The bee location is clean and sunny. They are pretty fast, so wait times are not that long. I’ve had the softest “sticks” from them ever. You barely feel it. Most staff are quiet and have a gentle demeanour. I like the fact that I can get my results online to compare previous labs. It’s very convenient and puts my health information in my hands.

Very fast service. Not the most helpful staff. After handing me a bottle to pee in they neither told me where the washroom was or where to put the sample afterwards. But it’s still better than waiting over an hour at Dynacare so I will probably use this lab again.
