McKenzie's Service Centre

I am so thankful for finding McKenzie’s. I drive an old BMW and needless to say trusting mechanics when it needs repairs can be a gut wrenching exercise in wallet emptying. Jeff at McKenzie’s has been nothing short of amazing. After taking the car on super short notice, and checking it over promptly, he was really upfront with me about what actually “needed” fixing…(when other mechanics just give me a laundry list of issues insisting they all were critical to fix not to mention they quote me thousands to do the repairs). I am so relieved to have found McKenzie’s. Honestly, I can’t thank them enough. Jeff and his team can count me and my family as their loyal customers for many years to come.

Great shop to take your vehicle for repairs. Shop is clean and well run. I have viewed many shops in the Collingwood area and believe this is the best of the bunch!

I was visiting from out of town when I noticed my left front tire was steadily leaking air. I found McKenzie's on Google, and they couldn't have been faster, nicer and more professional. If I lived closer, these guys would be my mechanics.

Been going to this mechanic since my family moved here in 2004! I cannot express enough how amazing this family run business is! They are always so friendly and give an honest opinion that most mechanics will not give you :) They have considerable pricing and I will always be going here! Even while being in school 2 hours away if I have a question I can call them and get a good, trustworthy opinion! Thank you guys for always being amazing!

Just recently we brought our 2007 Volvo XC70 into McKenzie's Auto Centre for an inspection and to address concerns that we were having with this car. From the our first initial contact with Jeff and then through the entire process of inspection and estimates and then all the mechanical work done, they have MORE than SURPASSED our EXPECTATIONS !! We cannot thank them enough for getting our car back to near perfection and that speaks volumes, given the mileage is nearing 300,000km. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend McKenzie's for anything you need done to your vehicle. In my opinion, this is a business based on the highest level of professionalism, excellent mechanical know-how, honesty and a level of customer service that goes above and beyond !!

Just moved to the area, and needed a guy after my car wouldn’t start. Turns out it was my starter which I had replaced less than two years prior. He got the job done after the busy holidays quickly and is an honest guy and laid it all out for me. Didn’t try to sell me anything else. It always sucks having to get something fixed again after someone else does a sloppy job. So thanks hope this one lasts
