Fantastic company to deal with.Rented a tractor, with a blade and salter for 5 months. The repair team was very organized and determined.If I had any problems, they were solved that day. I have rented a lot of machines and I have never seen such good customer service. I look forward to work with them again!

Normally I call sunbelt and have them bring whatever I need, glad I gave premier rentals in Elmira a call!I had a rental for an articulating lift, called and was given the info and price within a minute, confirmed availability and told them I would call back. Called back, asked to book - process was easy and simple and only took 2 minutes of my timeRental showed up ready to rock, machine worked flawless and the driver gave me a once over before he left just to make sure I knew what was up with that particular unit.After the rental was complete, scheduled pick up and invoice finalized the same day. “Premier” definitely lives up to their name. The Teli handler we rented wasn’t brand new but sure looked and operated as if it were. Great equipment and great service, always easy to work with and very accommodating. Delivery drivers have been excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. I rent from them several times a year for projects across western Ontario.

Judah is very easy to deal with - the equipment is in excellent shape. The lawn aerator rental helped us successfully complete a fund raiser for the Optimist Club of St. Jacobs. We will definitely be renting from Premier again!
