I am a regular customer, and always come to get my hair cut by Patricia. She is hands-down the best hairdresser in the city, and knows exactly how to cut & style to enhance your look. She goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction, is always professional, and makes the experience enjoyable. I can't say enough good things about her, and will continue to seek her out to get my hair cut at this location for as long as humanly possible. Thanks Patricia! Keep up the great work, while managing/maintaining a great store, staff and experience to your clientele! Top notch!

I have been coming to this location for a while now. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I only get seen by one stylist as we have a good repour with each other and she knows exactly what I look for in my service.

I will never get my hair cut here again! The woman who cut my hair did not know basic terminology, such as concave layers. Her hands kept shaking, she gave me a bunch of texturing that I never asked for, and didn't blend my layers properly, even after asking her multiple times. Now I have a top layer that doesn't blend in with the rest of my hair and looks nothing like how I wanted. She even had me facing away from the mirror after the first time I mentioned my layers and then didn't even part my hair when she was done. Not worth the 24$

I am a loyal customer at this location and I always see Seema. She is always friendly and always does an amazing job on my hair. She listens to what you want and helps you achieve your desired look. She epitomizes what true customer service should be. Thank you!

My Son had his haircut here yesterday and it's the worst. He’s been getting a haircut for 4 yrs and he was at his best yesterday (he didn’t cry and fight that much) but the haircut looks like it's been cut on his own. He have a hairdresser there that he see few times and she was good but that hairdresser yesterday was NOT. I asked her to cut a little more on the side but she said she won't touch it anymore. She is not even friendly.

I have been going to this location since I moved to the area in 2027. Always have great service the staff is always pleasant and accomodating. Nicky did my hair today and did a great job. She took her time to get it just the way I wanted. I won't go anywhere else.

The staff doesnt know how to cut hair! They are so ill trained and full of egos, if you tell them to do a good job, they made me feel as if I asked for their kidneys and liver!Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Ive been going here for 4 or 5 years now and Sima almost always cuts my hair. She always does an amazing job & remembers exactly how Iike it cut.Sima & Patricia are two very talented hair stylists

First off, I have to say this is THE best Great Clips I’ve ever experienced. I’ve taken my son to different ones & I’ve had the best service and quality here. I had Sima fix my son’s terrible cut at the Coquitlam location. She was so lovely with my boy. So I thought I’d try a cut for myself this time. (I’m quite chipset with where I get haircuts).I was waiting for Patricia (shop manager) since so many people are raving about her here but since the wait was too long I had Sima. She was lovely as always & very talented! I definitely recommend her 1000%. She’s great with listening to what kind of cut I wanted & understood heavy, coarse Asian hair. She also confirmed how it looked & if there were things I’d like changed. I’m very happy & satisfied with my cut! See you again, Sima!
