Dealing with Steve was a very good experience for me. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism, no hiccups or unpleasant surprises. Reading the other reviews here is a shock to me. Been dealing with Steve for a year now, and he can't be bothered, after a year, to quote me on one of their home packages. After a year of patience, just to get a package quote, the highest level of customer service was being told today to take my business elsewhere because he's too busy" and "quoting a new customer is at the bottom of the list". One star review is too high."
