Jennie is the sweetest person! She helped make the moving in process easy and assisted us with everything we needed even coming up with multiple solutions for any issues we faced to make sure they were solved in a timely and efficient manner!

No where is perfect, but Minto does a few things that no other property does. For one, they cater to their tenants. They do not miss a chance to help celebrate special occasions like Christmas, Valentine's day and more. They decorate the front lobby filling the place with cheer for their tenants. They also provide goodies in the spirit of giving. Secondly, the staff is very approachable and have great understanding. They understand that not every situation is black and white. Thanks minto.

1235 is an amazing building. Sandra (property manager) is incredible, she cares so much about us and the building and does so much to make sure it's always kept clean, in good condition not to mention always keeping us in the loop about everything. Jenny and Michelle are fantastic at taking care of concerns quick and efficient. Rodolfo and Bob are incredible superintendents, they are friendly and fast and care so much about us. Linda has put an incredible team in place that cares as much about our homes as we do. I love it here. The building is clean, modern and in a great location!

I highly recommend living in this building, very well maintained building. Everything and every issue gets resolved right away. They are doing great job maintaining the building and looking after the tenants. Thanks to Bob and Rodolfo (the superintendents) they are amazing, friendly, hardworking and they do a great job in a timely manner fixing any issues and looking after all the tenants’ needs.The front office staff are great to deal with, friendly and helpful. Thanks to Sandra, the property manager this building is a great place to call home. I love the oversized doors and how accessible the building is. I am in a wheelchair and I appreciate how accommodating this building, the management team and staff are to my needs and to all the tenants needs. Great job Minto Team. Thank you.

I been living in this building for three years and everything is perfect. There are lots of spaces in the unit and easily store stuffs, the in-unit washer/dryer is the biggest reason I chose to live here. Managements are really nice and friendly, most of the damage reports will be fixed in two days(fast I’ll say). It’s comfortable to live here, highly recommended.

I had 5 years of tenancy with Minto in 1235 Marlboroughcourt, Oakville, despite some problems during these 5 years, it was a good experience. I would like to thank Sandra, Building manager, who is a really nice, reasonable, and helpful person.

I have lived in this apartment for over two years, and if it weren't for graduating, I would never want to leave and would want to keep living here. The building management and staff are very friendly and patient with us as we ask questions, even guiding us directly on what to do. The facilities in the building are also very complete, with a gym downstairs and a first-come-first-served family room. The apartment's atmosphere has also improved since last year's renovation! There is free Wi-Fi on the first floor, and the lobby is clean, tidy, and cozy. The security is also very good, and they regularly conduct fire alarm tests in accordance with regulations. It is also very convenient, just a five-minute walk to nearby schools. What I love most about this apartment is that it is pet-friendly! I often get to pet different dogs! It's a highly recommended, five-star apartment!

Overall the building is great with all the amenities. We rented the one and only one bedroom unit in the whole building which is located on Level 1. I cannot lie that there are downsides of the unit, road noises mostly during the day which we anticipated before signing because of the building location and orientation the unit is facing, which cannot be complained about too much, so one less star because of this. But I would applaud to the property manager Sandra and the management team for their quick responses to tenants' concerns and all the great efforts she put to fix issues that would improve the living conditions. Our unit is closer to the gym, and often there are tenants who will not stick to the policy regarding equipment usage and open hours, which result in unbearable noises during the day and at night even after the gym is closed. And there is an exit door right next to our unit that many people use 24/7, previously it would make a very big splashing noise each time the door automatically closes. And our A.C. stopped working after 3 weeks of occupancy. But after expressing these issues to Sandra, she responded to our concerns quickly and tried very hard to provide solutions to help solve the issues from the management level fast. Within less a week, A.C has been fixed, exit door auto closure hardware has been replaced which solves the splashing noise issue, new sinages have been put up in noticable locations to remind tenants of the gym policy.

The building is fairly new and always well taken care of. The management team & superintendents are always easy to talk to and eager to help. Plus the location is phenomenal!
