Very bad experience with service manager. Yell at me on the phone for a misunderstanding. Can't even take 2 minutes to listen. English is not my first language. He decided to park my truck and trailer out of the gate. I paid 500$ extra to get parts in faster and nobody know where they are. I was ready to change my old 2013 for newer truck but you'll never see me with a Freightliner anymore can't have good service from my local dealership. Other people are great to work witth, only the service manager who need more professionalism.

The care taken to ensure health and safety measures in the uncertain state we are all in was wonderful . My questions were answered promptly by the part reps , and the receptionist was very professional in directing my call quickly . Good to know in a time of supply shortages that Francis Canada truck centre is there to help deliver and keep trucks on the roads and supplies coming

I own a small excavation company based on Kemptville. We have a tandem dump truck that is a Freightliner. We use it daily it's critical for our business. I have had 3 experiences recently with the Francis service department that were all over the top. A month ago we had a critical air leak when brake pedal held to the floor. I called service. We brought the truck in and they had the truck next day at 7AM and fixed within two hours. A few weeks ago I had a transmission cooler line fitting burst while on 416 at 4:45 pm. Called Francis service to explain the problem. The day service crew was just finishing up their day but adviser thought the night shift had a pretty full plate but thought if I could get the truck there there they would try to atleast get it in to diagnose the issue. I had the truck towed and it arrived at Francis at 8:40pm. The service advise quickly realized that I really needed the truck ASAP. He discussed the situation with a senior mechanic and they decided they could get it quickly and felt they could likely fix the issue that night I recieved a phone call at 12:30 that night. Apparently the mechanic stayed a little late but they got it done and it would be ready for pickup first thing in the morning. Amazing service. The Bill was very fair. Work was done quickly. I had zero down time other than the time it took to go get the truck in the morning! Very impressed.I had an issue today where we blew an airbag in the middle of a job. I called Francis parts and they had an airbag in stock. Checked with service and they asked how quickly I could get the truck there. They had it in the shop within the hour and fixed us up quickly. Again, amazing service. Everyone in service and parts that I have dealt with have been awesome! They are extremely sensitive to how critical our truck is to the business and go above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly. When I have called other shops in the past with issues I always have to leave the vehicle for days before they will even look at and the Bills always seem to be excessive when it's finally fixed. After multiple experiences, I can conform that the Francis crew are competent, helpful, sensitive to customer down time, and their rates are reasonable compared to other shops.We will be in the market for a triaxle shortly. It will definitely be a Freightliner or a WesternStar from Francis! Highly recommend this place!Jeff
