Hot Tub Repair

In spite of the fact we were put off by the $229 diagnostic fee (that wasn’t going to go toward the repair) we decided to hire this company. Chris came out the same day, since he said he was able to take care of the issue relatively easily, he only charged us the $229. As soon as he left we noticed it was still leaking AND was now leaking from two more places! When called, Chris said he would come by when he was in our area again. The next day our water level dropped 4 inches, Chris was contacted and said he would let us know the next day when he would come back. Five days later we reached out and he still couldn’t tell us when he could come. EIGHT DAYS later, we reached out again and no response! Three days later, we called another company and had to pay to have it fixed again! I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised, since he repeatedly told me, “I’m not always going to make everyone happy”.RESPONSE - I think we were quite patient - look at how many days and how many times we contacted you and then you stopped responding. At least if you would have responded, we would have waited for you. And, the tub was still leaking right after you left - and then got worse. I'm sorry you aren't happy with the review, but we were not happy with your service and have no other recourse. It is notable that when you receive a bad review, the other person is automatically a liar". It's typically better to own the error."

Chris came out and was able to diagnose our issue with our hot tub which ended up being an electrical issue. He was able to get us in contact with an electrician late in the day and get our hot tub up and running so it wouldn’t freeze.

. Did a warranty pump replacement for my strong spas hot tub. He flooded the floor even after we asked if draining would be a good idea. He then proceeded to not show my wife any paperwork until asked then completely botched the job. Upon deeper investigation as I now have to fix his mistakes because I don't trust him to make this right, I find that the motor is not even sitting flat to the tub base and the pipes are being twisted by the sheer weight of the motor. Had I filled and ran this it would have absolutely broken pipes. Absolutely do not recommend at all. In fact when he called he wanted to just head right into our yard to do the work while we were away, luckily we have ous inside and we're able to keep him monitored. Who knows how much more damage would have been done had he been left to his own vices. upon further research on facebook it's clear that Chris vernon is a tech to avoid.No, you're incorrect, I was upset that you were unable to ascertain that we needed to see the work order because we were instructed otherwise, also regardless of a miscommunication, your work was inadequate and as a result I had to finish the job. The motor was not flat and in suspension and the bolts were not tight. There's no excuses.

Chris and Nick we too tier professionals. They were able to come out and address the issue with my tub in a matter of minutes and troubleshoot. I was very pleased with my experience and will be calling Chris every time going forward.

Chris was easy to work with, explained his work so we understood the repairs needed. We definitely will call him for all of our future hot tub needs. A+

Chris was great, helpful, and very knowledgeable about our 23 year old hot tub. He explained in detail and showed me the issues we had with using proper chemicals. We will be using Chris for all our hot tub needs in the future.

Chris Is Amazing ... I have been battling trying to get My, New To Me, Hot Tub to Power Up. Chris Checked Every Possible Problem, Found a Wiring Issue, and Got the Tub Working Perfectly All Within An Hour !!!I Highly Recommend Chris Vernon, He Truly Knows Hot Tubs !!!

Our tub just emptied on Saturday evening, just inherited the tub in a home purchase. Called Sunday, Chris responded same day was out Tuesday fixed the problem noted another issue ordered the part and a week later we are able to fill our tub again. He communicates through text mostly and was responsive to any message sent. Let you know when he was on his way. I’m no expert and so he did what he could to reassure me that the hot tub would be up and running without any further damage from being empty in the cold weather.
