Greater Toronto Executive Centre - Airport Corporate

If there were 2 extra stars I would give that to. We loved the experience we had at the Greater Toronto Executive Centre. We need a training room for our workshop planning and conceptualization but our constraint was that we would only do it after 7 PM. The extra-convenient, timely and secure access into the building was my highlight in addition to the multiple communication I received from the staff to ensure I had everything I needed to have a hassle free event. The room, the usage, the tea and coffee and of course the largeness and easy multiple-configuration of the room was a big highlight for my team. We recommend GTEC wholeheartedly. They truly take care of every guest activity like their own. 10/10.

Our team hosted a training here for 4 people last week and we really enjoyed using the newly-renovated training room. I highly recommend the training room here as the staff provide everything you need for a successful set up - WiFi, HDMI cables, refreshments and more! COVID-19 protocols are in place and the space is very clean. The Sales team Pooja and Ritu are very helpful and knowledgeable with answering any questions.

Fantastic meeting space! We held a 3-day conference at the GT Executive Centre in August and the facilities were perfect. The room was spacious, well set-up (including air purifiers- much appreciated!) and the staff were super helpful. They had recommended a caterer for lunches and the food was wonderful. They have a great location very close to the Toronto airport which was convenient for our attendees flying in from the U.S.We will definitely book this facility again when next in Toronto area!

We had a very good experience. Shilpa in particular was very helpful to answer questions and setting up the room in advance.Would have loved to give five stars, but removing one because we felt their policy on strict wording about coming 15 min before and leaving 15 minute after the scheduled time seems unnecessary for technically a full day booking we had.Makes sense to have that policy for rooms that are for shorter spans (to make sure back-to-back meetings go efficiently), but we had one of their largest rooms.That said, we recognize that strict policies are typically a result of irrational behaviour of people, but it would be our recommendation that they reconsider when lending out large rooms for full-day sessions. Sometimes being too strict stops people from coming again.

Clean, spacious and organized meeting spaces with all of the required amenities. It was very easy to book and the Office Manager was wonderful and accommodated all of our last minute requests! Will definitely book this space again- great location, coffee and an awesome support team!

The location was central and close to the airport and clean. The parking is free so that eliminated one hassel for attendees. We rented the training room which was a good white/bright/well-ventilated space. Some of the little things needed in the room (e.g. adequate power outlets/power bars, long HDMI cables etc.) were missing at the beginning of the day but were addressed by staff throughtout the day. Followed-up with the Centre and they appear to have addressed what I identified. Staff and management are very responsive. Rental fee is reasonable.

I was looking for a professional, yet inspiring, venue to host one of my marketing workshops. I decided to give GTEC a try and loved it.My favourite part of the experience was walking through the doors and being met by a warm welcoming reception area that wasn't branded with GTEC. It was left purposefully unbranded so that your business is the star of the show.Our meeting room was all set up, ample plug-in points, a projector, along with tea and coffee.We had a fantastic workshop that day, and the Greater Toronto Executive Centre was a big part of the success.

First time using this meeting space, and would definitely use it again. The office building is very well located and easy to get to. The meeting space itself was a great size and equipped with a large tv to present, as well as plenty of tables and chairs that can be set up in various formations. Video conferencing equipment is being installed in the coming weeks which will be a nice addition. Staff were very kind and able to help when needed.

Great meeting room spaces for seminars and classes. I taught a workshop in one of their rooms and it was perfect. Ritu is extremely helpful to make sure I had all that I needed and everything ran smoothly and the room was setup as requested. Thank you so much. I look forward to using the space again.

Largest and most functional training room that I have seen in the GTA. Friendly, helpful staff onsite. Clean and professional spaces. Recommended.
