other people say the truth , dont go to this store, its a fraud, stole money

Ordered orthodics Dec 2015 it is now April 2016 still missing items from our order. Terrible place to do business. Before I go here again I rather BURN the money then do business here again.

Issued them my referral 4 months ago, no appointment with the foot specialist. Voice Mail every time I call. Today; I call June 28, 2017 and voice mail indicates June 9, 2017. Terrible company to do business with - unprofessional and very very unorganized. They have my referral letter and I can not get back, therefore, I must see my doctor for another letter, talk about throwing business out the window. Here I am a new customer and they have not provided any type of customer service, how do these people stay in business not to mention the rent cost in Bramalea City Center. I will not do any business with this company. Should have read the reviews first.

Horrible to do business with. Supposedly the manager who was supposed to refund me money hasn't been working for over a month. They have been giving me the run around. I have a feeling I won't be seeing that money again. I will be reporting this company to my insurance company and hopefully they will investigate
