Very friendly staff. Sold me a product that did not work as described. They blamed Roger's Cable. Rogers blamed them. I asked for my money back for the product. ($225.) They gave me only $180. back. Claiming restocking fees. Also lost the $15. Charge for the month even though I only used 3 days. Totally not happy. Do not buy cable t. v. products from them. They don't work properly.

I would not recommend doing business with Wintell. I dropped off my MacBook to be diagnosed, they said they don't do it in house and would have to send it out. I ask specifically that they let me know the price of the repair before doing any repair as I have had unsuccessful GPU bypass using software previously. I wanted a hardware fix. They said they will call in 2 days.Over 1 week later I had heard nothing so I called and the person answering said oh

They lied to me saying that my gaming laptop's motherboard is fried" since they were too lazy to fix it. I believed them and bought a new laptop

Terrible Service - don't go thereI took my phone there the repair guy looked at it he said yeah No problem we can fix it but you have to order the part thoSo I said ok I went online and ordered it 10 days later after I received the part which cost me $ 63 dollarsI returned with the part and the same guy took it and told meI can't repair it - I said what ? Are you joking ? You told me you could you told me to order this part and I paid $ 63 dollars for itSo I said look just pay me the 63 dollars I paid for the part and I'll buy a new phoneSo he said NoI said You've got to be kidding me you advised me to buy this part you said you could do the job and now I'm out $63 dollarsThe owner was extremely rude and I would suggest to anyone not to go to this placeUnless you want to get ripped offThey aren't trustworthy - I found that out the hard waySpend your money at a reputable placeNot here

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEOne of the guys (named Lee) lied and sold me a laptop worth throwing into the garbage. The laptop was extremely loose, meaning the screen was always falling back and unable to sit up on its own, unless something was behind it supporting it. The laptop was also EXTREMELY SLOW. It could not handle more than 2 programs being open at once. Went in to ask him to negotiate on how we can go about fixing it yet and he seemed uninterested in doing so. Tried to negotiate for him to either fix it or give me my money back and as soon as money was mentioned he refused service.DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY FOR FREE

I love this computer store. I have been going to that store for years, and their service is amazing.

The guys working here are the best! I took my 2008 Dell Inspiron desktop computer in here because it wouldn't start up. As soon as I walked in the door they opened up the machine and tried various things to diagnose the problem. Turns out I needed a new motherboard. Even though my computer is old they had a motherboard that fit! They sent me on my way and called an hour later to say it was ready. When I got home, it worked perfectly!! I'm really glad to have this place near my house. It was less than a hundred bucks for the part and labour and much much cheaper than a new computer, which I don't want because I love mine!

I've been using Wintel computers for over 20 years and always found them fair and honest. I've bought all my desktop computers from them and one laptop. Their advice has saved me money a number of times and occasionally they've done a small job for free. Their prices are fair. I really have no complaints. I'm very glad to see that they are still in business after the pandemic.

Very good service, reached out for my laptop battery replacement. Was quick & affordable price to fix them.
