I find the shelves are always empty or the bottles amd cans are so far back in the cooler you think its empty. The stock is always low and theres never any cool gifts available. The staff however are as helpful and friendly as can be

Hey it's a place where I go I used to go there to purchase their merchandise but now that I changed my ways I just go there to return some empties for a little bit of pocket change but the staff are very light and helpful when it comes to dealing with customers what should I do appreciate I like to keep up the good work.

The cash register lady went out of her way to get me a box for my wine which was so nice! 4 stars because their BC wine selection is super limited.

Our local Gibson's store is defined by its people. They listen and care. I ask for help I get it. I ask for advice I get Good advice. They have wine, spirits and a great selection of cold craft beer. Lots of parking, easy in /out, including some RV Spots. I have often put in orders for products when they are hard to get and on sale. They have also come through for us on a number of very special products I did not expect to be able to find on the Sunshine Coast. This included a couple of Whiskey's of the Year winners. Imagine scoring a case unexpectedly because they took the time to put the order in and eventually some filtered in and they called months later. 5 x 5 Stars for Our Local Services. VVV

British Columbia doesn't sell its liquor from roadside stores grocery stores or other places like that but only from certified liquor sales outlets. The selection and quality depends very much on the location and generally the size of the liquor store. Prices are good and the staff is generally very helpful. They take returns.

Great little liquor store. Has a good selection of just about everything you are looking for even on Christmas eve!
