I was in the beginning very upset about having purchased a new condo, and the floors had open and split apart from just being renovated by another floor company.It was a catastrophe for me. So with much consideration I took an enormous time choosing the best company to help me redo and help me find the best results possible.The owners of Top Quality Flooring were very patient with me, and guaranteed that I would be happy and my floors would never open up again. The people came in, and took much care and did everything possible to show me that no corner was left. They were an excellent team of people who worked very close together to ensure amazing results. We ordered luxury vinyl flooring from Top Quality Flooring last week and we are extremely pleased with the quality of the flooring, the customer service and the price. We placed our order and had the floor delivered the very next day. We asked to have some carpets delivered at the same time so we could look at them in our home as well. After making our decision, we ordered the carpet and again had it delivered the next day. I cannot overstate the excellence of the customer service. They will always be our choice for flooring in the future.
