Charlie is such a genuine, kind, and honest soul. I love going to his shop to see all the splendor that is for sale. I always trust him to quote me fair prices and give me great customer service and deals with all of my jewerly and watch needs; that's what keeps me coming back time and time again. I had the best shopping experience at Charlie's Jewelry. I had my stone replaced, he matched it perfectly. I felt like I've known him for years. The shop has a good home ffeeling. I recommend Charlie' Jewelry.

I have a small ring i'v worn everyday for nearly 30 yrs but finally broke. A local jeweler was over-selling and wanted to replace crowns & settings. NO! I traveled 40 mile to shop in Olympia for the day and thought i'd try a different place. I found Charlie's. I was nervous of the high prices of mall stores. I went in and he looked it over and only charged $25! I wouldnt mind coming back in a few weeks to pick it up, but he said it would be ready in 20 mins! Such a nice, honest man. Thank you! Good work.

My welded 2-pc wedding ring was crushed by truck tire. I couldn’t believe Charlies was able to save my past present future diamond engagement ring. He was very sweet considering I was freaking out. He also resized my mother-in-law’s Diamond ring. He is going to design and make anniversary’ ring.

I'm so impressed with Charlie's. Went to Macy's to have a couple pins removed from my watchband from a new Aragon watch. Although I had this done previously on other watches here, they refused to work on this watch. From there I went over to the jewelry store across from Macy's, they looked at the watch and made an attempt at the pin removal but were unable to do it. They did recommend Charlie's though, so I gave him the task. Hakan looked at the watch, said come back in 15 minutes and it should be done. Customer service is excellent and professional. I highly recommend him now for any watch repair work.

What a lovely and absolutely fantastic human Charlie is. I brought my watch in to be resized, today, and the experience was so easy and absolutely enjoyable. Stellar customer service and affordable, too. Plus, there are some of the most beautiful items for sale! Highly recommend.
