The fare here is okay, serviceable, but nothing spectacular. Food court quality. I definitely would never go out of my way to go here again. The menu is fairly small. I has the brown sugar bubble tea, which wasn’t very good. I also had the chicken teriyaki bento box with a California roll and gyoza. All of it was fine, but not memorable, except for the red bento box tray for eating in, which is actually quite nice!

Amazing food and the service is great I have been many times and never had any issues with anything. My go too meal is the teryaki chicken with the yakisoba noodles, 2 scoops of teryaki and make it spicy. Would highly recommend.

Very nice Edo Japan branch located at 51st. Their food was okay, tastes just like any other Edo Japan branch, their Boba was good, and so are their sauces, I also tried out their bento and it's quite okay I mean it's a fast food so it's not like the authentic Japanese cuisine but it's okay overall

I've ordered a meal with no cabbage from this Edo twice now, and both times they've given me only a handful of tiny pieces of broccoli. Every other Edo I've been to will give you a normal sized portion of vegetables, just without cabbage. Very disappointing.Edit: I saw your response. That doesn’t change the fact that if you order “only broccoli” at any other Edo I’ve been to, they do not charge you extra to get more broccoli. Poor penny-pinching customer service.

It has been awhile since we had Edo. We had the teriyaki chicken with rice. It tasted good enough but had very few vegetables. 2 small pieces of broccoli only and very small pieces of mushroom. Service was fast and friendly.

Ok we all have tried Edo before and if you don’t like it or appreciate, your whacked! But each to their own , the food is always good that’s a fact but why am I writing a review, because this location has one over every other location I have ever been too ! And that was the “ customer service” ! Thank you so much best Edo customer service ever! Thank you Vickie , I have never ever had a C/S after I ordered and payed in a semi fast food environment had a C/S come to my table and ask me if everything was all right or satisfactory.
