There was a very friendly man that helped me with the whole thing. I was able to pay by debit when I was done, which was very nice that I dint need to take out change. I would go here again no problem.

The man that runs this place is such an amazing friendly human being. If you talk to him, you'll find that he loves GP.From the moment I walked in, I'm sure I looked like a deer in headlights (it's been a while since I've had to use a laundromat), but he was right there ready to help me out!I'm incredibly thankful for all his help, and was grateful I was able to drop stuff off and pick it up later.Now that I've gone on about the owner (thank you again!), the place is quite large and there are many different types of washers and dryers available for use. Small load? Family sized load? Coveralls? They've got you covered. They accept cash and card (no tip option on card though), and are able to provide detergent and such at a really reasonable rate (I think it was only $1 for a scoop).If you didn't bring coin, just be friendly and ask. He has a card he can tap so you pay at the end.While I'm not entirely sure of accessibility in regards to a ramp to get into the door (a lot of snow and ice and I just don't recall now), I would consider the inside to be accessible. There's plenty of room to move around. Next time, I'll have to use my chair and see!Overall though, great place, great service, and if I end up needing to do laundry while I'm there again, I'll be back!

Something fun some days about doing your own laundry and not in the hotel that would have charged 35 bucks... This place at less than half is easy, convenient and has amenities around to get more done. Plus the older funny gentleman made my visit convenient and friendly.. Thanks again Grande Prairie. A bit of a run down looking laundromat, but the man working there will help you work the machines and is very friendly albeit a little hard to understand sometimes. The machines are coin operated but if you want to pay by credit card, the attendant uses an access card to run the washers/dryers for you and you can pay with card at the counter after you're done. He will tell you how much everything is before starting the machines. Washing a load was $3.75 took about 20-25 min and there's multiple options such as delicate, permanent press, heavy soil etc. Dryer depends on the minutes, but 20 mins was $1.75 and you can choose 3 levels of temperature settings. The man didn't even take my offer to tip him! Great value, super friendly service.

Little pit out dated, really need a fresh coat of paint. Put you can't beat there price. 2.50 per load. If you can't do it at home and don't mind siting there for for a bit, it totally worth it

The man who runs this place is such a kind soul, he remembers everybody and what they brought in. If there’s ever money, he gives every penny back because you know workers/men never checked their pockets lol..he helps out my husband, and so many other men on the pipeline that can’t get to a laundromat and he does a wonderful job.

I pulled up at 730 to do some laundry and the employee saw me walking to the door with my bag, and turns off the open light. The door was still unlocked. I asked him if they were still open and he told me no, he was going somewhere and he was closing. The sign says that they were open until 10 pm.
