I have had such a wonderful experience with Melanie who is our property manager at our condo. She has been so helpful and kind with every single interaction I’ve had with her. She was very prompt with some stressful situations and went out of her way to work with me. I’ve so enjoyed speaking with her and she is excellent at her job, for having to deal with hundreds of people in one building that deserves a shoutout!

Hey, well my experience is in Stony Plain. The Two men my experiences have been with were Jon Hoffman and Doug Trendall. Both these men are glorious in their positions. Jon is a super friendly easy to talk to man who is always willing to help as soon as he can. Doug is on the ball and on the job and gets everything done with a fastness not seen out of many at apartments. Basically 5 stars all the way, and those two men are keepers First Service, don't be losing men like that. That industry doesn't have men like that in it often. Cheers!

Gauging. They demanded $1100 to store the elderly condo residents' air conditioners outside, on scaffolding, in the summer elements, while they replaced her deck, poorly. The invoice doesn't even have a name on it. Who did she pay? Who really got paid? And The deck will probably need replacing shortly. Shameful really. Theft of the dirtiest kind.

This is for Catherine Ryan who manages the Gates on 117 Street.Catherine does an excellent job of communicating issues and acting promptly upon those concerns that are in her control.In my opinion she fairly represents both residents and management. We feel she cares about providing quality service.

If you’re ever looking for a condo to rent you need to check out the properties with Salma Banu. She is a fantastic lady who went above and beyond for me in an expedited manner.My experience with her was that of professional and friendly service.Mike was also phenomenal with getting the condo ready for myself and my son.Truly wonderful service and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality housing that’s clean, cared for and with management that has excellent communication. Thanks for delivering a superior level of service!

My experience up to now with FirstService had been medium temperature at best. In the past 24 months Emails to our prior Community Manager Mr. De Oliveira were superficially attended and with very light action taken to resolve any issue raised to him: more lip service than action.

I contacted Monica Castaneda at First Service Residential in regard to obtaining a new Fob for our condo. She was extremely prompt to reply, and answered all my questions with courtesy and patience even though I had to ask her many questions due to my confusion about this request. She was amazing to deal with, and solved everything for me!

Worst service I have ever used. I would give them 0-star if google allows. They broke my washroom for an emergency"

Not really happy with my contact here I was looking to get a quote and the messenger chat turned out a lil less then productive they ended you removing their end of the chat before I could make the appointment. I have contracted at least 6 contractors for jobs in the last two years and not once have I had this kinda reception. Not sure what the deal is but I’ll be trying to get eavestroughing elsewhere this year!

We needed some urgent documentation from the First Service Residential. The SLA for the document delivery was 3 business days, luckily connected with Crystal Johnson who understood our situation as a customer & considering the urgency of the situation helped us with the solution in just couple of hours.This is the best example of customer sensitivity, where an executive just need to put themselves in the shoes of the customer understand the situation & provide the resolution.The speedy turnaround from her end & her team supporting her has helped us complete the requirement on such a short notice also have helped our client saving penalties. One must learn the way these guys are managing the customers.THANKS again to the entire team for the help.
