I recently bought a washer/dryer set from here and it's been a nightmare. Right off the bat the washer wasn't working as expected. I tried everything I could possibly think of to remedy the issues. I've tried power wash, bulky wash, deep water wash, pure hot/heavy soil wash, I've even added extra water and tried pushing the clothes down in to the water. The machine has no aggitating power, doesnt fill properly, the right water temperature or even dissolve my soap. I tried calling within 2 weeks and couldn't reach anyone. I was given an email that doesn't work and finally spoke to a lady 5 days later, that said her boss said I will have to get a repair man in. Without detailing all the issues I'm dealing with in my life, I will tell you this has been extremely inconvenient. I was also informed that if the problems are the poor design of the machine, which is what I'm sure at least part of the problems are, I will be charged a 40% restocking fee to return my completely useless, brand new washing machine!I have never had such a bad experience in my life! I do not recommend dealing with this store.

Beautiful display room and helpful staff

They deliver one day a week, don’t provide installation, don’t provide repair service and don’t help with warranty issues. Basically as soon as the appliance is on your doorstep the customer service is gone.

Fast, efficient service, got my fridge within two days compared to the months we would be waiting other places. Deliver men were fantastic, had a hard time getting it through the doors, tried everything they could and were fantastic about it, highly recommend!
