Shameful service. We received a draft of a will three weeks after meeting with one of the McGuinty lawyers. We instructed him to name our son as our executor. He definitely was not listening or had another agenda. He added his name as joint executor and omitted our instruction to include our grandchildren as heirs. We were shocked. My son stated the firm was scamming seniors. The draft included terms not needed thereby increasing the cost of the document. We left a message on the lawyers voicemail about our concerns but did not receive a call back. Three months later his assistant sent an email asking us if we wanted to go ahead. She stated the lawyers name was removed as executor. No apology from her or the lawyer. Beware!

We had to update our wills and powers of attourney. Dylan McGuinty Jr provided us with preliminary advice and once we accepted to go ahead, we were provided with the documents to review. The whole process was smooth and all our inquieries were responded to. Highly recommended for wills and estate based services.
