Ovation Condos

Stay away from this place , I book from Expedia, the price show 176 they add a lot of different fee, we're end up pay 300 $ + 40 each person if you want to used gym and pool + 300 cash deposited incase you do anything damage to the condo , I just lost 300 $ because is nonrefundable, to be honest I don't want to cancel but when I find out all those fee adding up , believe it or not I just don't want other people dealing the same situation like this,

Great facilities, poorest management. I experienced the following in my one year stay at Ovation Condos:1. Common areas smell of weed very often.2. Basement parking was leaking and not repaired for 4 months in Winters.3. Got a parking ticket in the visitors parking after management asked me to park the vehicle there due to leaks.4. My bike got stolen from the basement bike stand. Neither the management nor the police made an effort to check the CCTV camera in spite of lodging formal complaints.

Worst building ever. We moved here 2 months ago and I can't wait to sell or rent to someone. I want out. The management is awful. Rude, unfriendly and incompetent. I think it is managed by a company called Dell. The security guards are nice but the managers are mean to them. I have seen it with my own eyes. Yell at them in front of people. Very unprofessional. The Asian secretary only looks at you if you speak to her first. The answer to everything is no". The amenities are always broken and the furniture in the lobby looks like it came from a war zone. If you are considering a purchase here

One of the best condominiums in City Centre Mississauga steps to the square one mall & the celebration square .. the management company is great too .. I've sold few units in this building and it's always great experience for my clients they all love it .. let me know if you wish to buy/sell in the square one area .. my office is stone through away :)

Rented for almost 18 months . Nice unit and My landlord was great but the fact that you can only book the service elevator for a max of 3 hours a day regardless of the day of week or month is ridiculous. It’s impossible to move a large unit in or out at that time. Further the property management are unhelpful, unsympathetic and rude

I give it a four-star because it’s such a good condo but the elevators always don’t work and when does a fire alarm and everyone sleeping as it’s always there it’s annoying me

PlanUstay is the owner of the Unit I stayed, it’s a 2 bedroom apartment, very close to Square One mall, Celebration Square, bus stations etc. the apartment is neat and staffs are ready to assist you if you have any concerns.

location is nice BUT don’t expect more then thatYour food order is not allowed to dropped at your door you have to go to the main lobby to pick it up (first time i have seen this type of restriction)Your Visitor can not access amenities with you without a visitor pass and it is made by management which is not there all the time, when most of your friends visit you on weekends.They always say ‘due to security reasons we can not let your delivery guy come inside’ but on the other hand the side entrance is broken which mean anyone can indirectly come inside either way and it is from the at least 4 months i am watching people entering through the door without a fobTheir fire alarm announcements are so annoying even if you try to silent it you can not do; it still keep going at half volume which is so annoying if you are sleeping
