Great service, I bought my car in here and the staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. I was dealing with Reza and he was amazing, on call and text all the time, answering all questions and providing the right advise. I really recommend to deal with Land Rover Metro west, where you would have peace of mind and accountable staff for any request.

I went to metro west dealership to get a new range rover and my salesman was Mr. Reza Jahanbani. I can definitely say he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. I visited Metro West just to get an idea about their cars and I left there as a first time Range Rover owner!My sales consultant Reza Jahanbani welcomed me with open arms, was very well knowledgeable of the cars and offered me exactly what I was looking for! The best thing is that even after picking up thr vehicle they still check-in to see if I'm satisfied. His professionalism truly was key in making me a happy customer!

I wish I have less than zero review stars so I would provide it to the dealership. Worst experience ever first of all I called to book an appointment and the lady on the phone provide me a price for oil change 196 and I confirm multiple times she did confirm yes, the price is 196 was change however, when I show up on the dealership The guy mentioned no the price is 450 so their mistake they are providing her wrong information over the phone. I’m not sure is this a scam or is that word they did provide you wrong information cheap information over the phone and when you show up, they charge you big bucks so this dealership is piece of garbage in my opinion please don’t take your vehicle to this dealership. There is other dealership that are way way better for sure.

I have been going to Land Rover Metro west for the past 6 years. I must say the service is very basic and very overpriced. I had the most horrible experience replacing a broken side mirror as price keep on changing every other day and although I was told it will be done in 4 hours it took over 4 days. I will never go back to this particular dealer ever again although it is mins away from where I live. I even told the service manager about this and he said do as you please. Stay away from the dealership.
