Filled prescription there only realized when I got home, called them about it & blamed my doctor when it was clearly written on script. Response I got was pick up the rest tomorrow & don’t come back here again! Picked up today received same message by assistant while owner just stood there n watched! These ppl don’t realize n take 4 granted that the costomer doesn’t need to go there & instead of apologizing 4 mistake on their part got told not welcome anymore! Would not go there if u don’t have too

Exceptionally great service and amazing people. I had booked a travel PCR COVID test The process was very smooth. They even accommodated my request to confirm my result the very next morning. I needed to know the result asap before booking international travel. Will definitely recommend this pharmacy!!

I have been using the Medicine Shoppe for my COVID testing for travel and am extremely impressed with their service. Booking an appointment is super convenient through their online portal, the cost is competitive for the area, and I have always had results back in less than 24 hours. The pharmacist is also very helpful and has you in and out within 10 minutes or less. Would definitely recommend the Medicine Shoppe if you are looking for COVID travel testing!!

The Head Pharmacist/Owner is very friendly and helpful. You don't wait around forever to get your scripts either. His staff is all almost as nice as him. They are polite and efficient as well. Go to them you wont be disappointed...

Very fast and caring service. The staff are always nice, and the Pharmacist is very knowledgeable. They offer delivery with fair and reasonable rules. Never using Shoppers or big box pharmacies again.

Very very nice owner. One guy is a bit rude and mouthy he wears glasses and is there almost all the time.Aside from that the owner is super nice tney will yo outta tere wy to help u if u have a script issue or u ee special services like if u can't walk well they will come to the parking lot even. All In all I recommend this pharmacy to all north londonders. Very very nice 10/10 aside from the one cocky guy the rest are nice.

Best, best place to fill prescriptions.They are amazing, try to help in anyway they can and their delivery is so reasonable.The staff are so friendly and they are miles and miles better than the big box pharmacies here in London.Cannot recommend them enough, if there was a higher rating than 5 stars - they truly deserve it.

100% would recommend. This is the best pharmacy I’ve been to. This past year I’ve had a few poor experiences at pharmacies and changed as a result. I have moved but will still continue to come here because they are so lovely and efficient. They are willing to order the no name brand so I am covered under OHIP+ unlike Shoppers Drug Mart. They know my name when I come in. 5+ stars
