What an amazing experience from Aaron and John, they have both helped me find a good deal and transfer my information on my new iPhone without any problems. They worked together to help me finish as fast as possible as I was in a rush and they have made this experience different and better compared to others I have shopped at other wireless provider. Aaron and John both deserve recognition for they are an asset in this company 5/5 would recommend them to my friends and family from now on.

sonam is the one who serves us. He knows how to sell phone he is a good salesman , I am only dissatisfied, cos at first he convinced to get my husband a phone samsung galaxy and said that he will give a free case and a screen protector and so I agree and he got my husband a new phone. To make the story short after I sign and everything is done he said that there is no stock of case and screen protector. And when I told him about it. He get hyper and yell. And I end up buying the case and screen protector in online. I was so disappointed. And never again going back to him .Why he fooled customer ?

We were inquiring about new phones and plans. We were assisted by Dhananjay who midway just rudely ignored us and talked to someone on his mobile phone. Quite dissappointed with this kind of customer service. Wirelesswave staff in other branches were always helpful and accommodating. You just lost clients. Never coming back to this branch. Hope this doesn't happen to others.
