My wife’s AC died out RIGHT in the middle of our recent +40 heatwave. I called mark, he got us in 2 days later and the car was done the same day. Great service and value

Don’t want to give even 1 star . I visited him before one wk for repair of my car . First day he give me time and check the car that I even explained on phone . After getting same problem he said I can’t do it today come some other day. Then he picked up phone after 2 days and told me to come to shop . When I visit over there he was short with one part and again told me to come on another day . It was Friday so I called on Monday but he didn’t picked up the call not even Tuesday . Wednesday one lady picked up the call and told me that he is not having time till next wk . After two wks my car is still not repaired even I told him that m a Uber driver so my income is zero right now so I need it in emergency and car has different gas or ac system so not every mechanic repair it . Very disappoint service

Mark was delayed by a day but his work was fantastic and my bill was what he quoted. Very nice guy to deal with.

Mark and his wonderful lady are two of the most hard working, honest people you will ever take your vehicle to. I have 100% trust with them every time I hand my keys over to them. Very efficient, your vehicle will most likely be ready for you to pick up same day you drop it off. They always have my back when I run into any issues, and I promise they will have yours!!

Want to write a fair review, so here goes. I own a VW Routan that's a Chrysler-built. Had a problem that the A/C compressor didn't kick in. Mark's was recommended to me. I took my vehicle out to his acreage some time ago.Without even hooking anything up, he told me - based on his 40 years experience, he says - that I have a leak in the part of the A/C that cools the passenger compartment in the back. He convinced me to have the A/C for the back of the vehicle shut off. So he did that. Tries it out. Compressor still doesn't start.Then he tells me it's the TIPM. Runs out of time for the day and asks me to come back the next day, saying he has a used TIPM to put in. I come back the next day (20+ km drive each way). The TIPM is the wrong one. He never bothered to check the compatibility of the part number before calling me back for the next day.So he can't fix it, and what he did - quite possibly unnecessarily - cost me several hundred dollars. I ordered a rebuilt TIPM with the proper part number from Mak's in California. Great service. Plug it in, problem persists.My usual mechanic can't figure it out as he's not that familiar with A/C, as all components can be started and work individually from his diagnostic tool, but they won't work together by themselves. He's stumped. He says maybe it's some sort of programming issue. So he recommends taking it to Chrysler.Took it to Southtown Chrysler. They found that a sensor behind the dash that's part of the A/C system was disconnected. Connected it and charged the system, and compressor runs fine. Let it run for a couple hours. No leaks. Works perfectly.So for all the bragging about 'forty years experience' and coming highly recommended, I must say what I paid feels like I have been ripped off and I question whether there was a leak at all, in particular since Mark hadn't done any actual physical inspection to conclude a leak in the A/C system. So all things considered, I have to say I'll have to join the chorus of the one-stars. The place was highly recommended and the experience was much less than lackluster, and that is still an over-statement.

They did a good job fixing the car but charged us 25 % more than they quoted. Felt that they should have clearly quoted the cost. Won’t go back here due to the bait and switch pricing scheme.
