A throwback to the halcyon days of air travel. No security checks. Just show up a few minutes before your flight and hop on. Pacific Coastal runs the only scheduled flights here (2-3x daily) and their staff are always friendly and helpful. No surly Air Canada agents here!

Lovely small airport. The completed renovation from when I was last here is tasteful and respectful of our First Nations people's. There can nevertheless still be more representation of the first peoples added to the facilities here.

Watch out at the long term parking. Our car had what they probably thought was the catalytic converter stolen while parked here for a week. No security or fencing. Park as close to the airport or a a light or camera as possible. No one from the airport authority seems to care that this happened and has not returned our phone call.

Brand new facility, very cozy and small. Good luck with car rentals. Amazing wall art and decor. This is a gateway to central and northern BC coast. Good customer service if you find an agent on site. Will return again.

Convenient fuel stop.Line service requires walking all the way from helicopter ramp to office to sign for fuel. Less than convenient and time consuming while trying to complete a quick turn.Restrooms are inside secure terminal area, so again, not super convenient.

I had a horrible experience at this airport. I was transported by seaplane with a broken leg from an accident up the coast. This airport had no staff to help me , no wheelchair, no way to get me into the airport . A young girl tried to transport me on a luggage carrier but it didn’t fit through a door. I needed an ambulance but there was no one in charge at the airport to step in and help. I was too stressed from the accident to assess the situation. They need a wheelchair and procedure training for injured passengers.
