Had two 2,500 gallon tanks done by Enviro. Hadn't been done in 15 years. The tech was competent and pleasant to deal with. Tanks got cleaned and we'd use them again!

I had a chance to meet Geoffrey the owner of Environmental Cistern Cleaning and was able to have him inspect our cistern. On inspection he noticed a buildup of clay matter in the tank. So, we had Geoffrey send a service tech to clean it. The tech was professional and personable, very easy to deal with. He also did an extremely great job in cleaning the cistern. My wife and I had Kaman in to do our cistern in April. We could not have been happier with the service, or the end result. He answered all of our questions, kept us informed as the job went on, and even stuck around after to help the water hauler get set up. The owner spent time on the phone with me answering all my questions, as we have a horse boarding business which supplies water to lots of animals. The fellow who did the cleaning was very professional, and really took the time to do it right, and he showed me everything he was doing and why. Our large cistern tank looked brand new once done. I am generally satisfied with the work that Environmental Cistern Cleaning did on my house.I have a small poly cistern inside my well room and a large concrete cistern buried out in the front yard. When I called Geoffrey, he was very professional. In his alluring, gentlemanly accent he took pains to ascertain as much information as possible (if memory serves, he also spoke with my water system person to get a few details). Geoffrey listened carefully, answered questions clearly, and provided me with a written quote in a timely manner. When I asked to reschedule the work a couple of months down the line, Geoffrey obliged me and his technician came to do the work at the appointed time, on the appointed day.My only (very minor concerns) is that, despite our discussion about disinfection with hydrogen peroxide (which wasn't supposed to leave any residue in the water), the tap water did have an unusual chlorine-like aftertaste for about a week after treatment, but it did go away. The other minor annoyance was the technician making a bit of a mess in my pump room; I didn't mind helping him tidy up some of the water, but, having been bitten by the expense of that area being flooded before, I would prefer it if the technician were more careful near the carpeted area in the future.Having said this, I am completely and utterly satisfied with Geoffrey's friendly demeanour, professional operation, and timely delivery of services. I highly recommend Environmental Cistern Cleaning to all homeowners.

This company is great - always reminds me when it is time for a cleaning. Always on time and job finished quickly. I have used them for years and will continue to do so. Also one of the few businesses to NOT increase their fees since the pandemic - I appreciate that!

We had great service, the fellow came on time and was very helpful with describing what he needed to do and the process. Cleaned up after himself and let us know when he would be back to vac again after any sediment had settled.
