If it was possible to give 0 Stars that is what I would rate this location. The staff do not care. The manager does not care. I have personally heard the daytime manager during the week say on more than one occasion, I don't care." They know the take out coffee machine is broken and again i was told by the manager she doesn't care because the drive thru one works and then she will remake your coffee with the drive thru machine. They serve day old pastries just to get rid of them while the fresh ones sit visible on a counter getting stales so they can sell the old ones. On one occasion when I complained a newer staff member said to the manager "but I'm not allowed till the old ones are gone" and she shushed him and told him to get a new one. This location is seriously the worst and it is 100% because of the daytime manager. Find another location

A good place to sit down for a few and get some studying done. Is very cold though, as if they leave some opening somewhere. And they should specify that the dining room closes at 11 pm, cause on the website it says 24 hours. That seems like false information.

Food was great. I would recommend the herb and garlic savory pastry. They can be eatin for breakfast or any time of the day.

So apparently this is how they make breakfast sandwiches here. And to top it off, where’s my sausage. Worst Tim’s location by far. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Zero stars if I could give it but forced to give 1 star. Stay clear of this location. Terrible, just terrible

I work at Tim Hortons myself and I go here on my days off. I want to recognize one staff member in particular Kina. Always smiling, amazing customer service and she really cares. She definitely deserves a promotion. If you’re reading this Kina thank you so much!

On thur June 22 I went to the drive through at 4:45 pm and ordered a med coffee and med cold brew. When I attempted to pay the debit machines went down at which point i was asked if I had any cash. Unfortunately I didn't have any change on me. Both my husband and I are regulars and come to this location multiple times a day. The old women working the drive through window was incredibly rude!!! The drinks were already made and would be thrown out but she told me she wouldn't give me the two beverages. Outstanding customer service. As a regular I can say this one always has an attitude and is never friendly or kind. If you lack customer service skills - why are you in customer service? I worked at Tim Hortons for years while I put myself through school and in this scenario we would have absolutely given the regular their already made beverage for our machines going down. This staff member has just cost your location thousands in revenue ( min 4 beverages a day) over 6 dollars! The best part is I would have been back in today to pay for the beverages and given a nice tip for being kind. Good customer service doesn't exist anymore.

I’ve stopped going to this location, this is the most convenient location for me and will drive to another one to avoid it. The food is always meh and the Ice Capp from this location are just pure liquid instead of a normal Ice Capp consistency. Hope they can turn it around but after trying for 2 years I am done with this location.

Worst tim hortons. Never get my order right, and charge more money for very little. Lacking Customer service. Tried calling no answer. Was charged $10 for the smallest bowl of chili. Other Tim's I've gone to for the same chill comes in a large. This is the last time at thos location.

The young male clerk at the drive through window at 4:45pm today is really can’t be seen as a real clerk who serves people. No greetings, didn’t even tell me how much I should be paying. No greetings at all from the beginning till the end of the service. Even no smile. The written label on the cup is missing too. I don’t know how they figure out which is my drink. The attitude is not proper at all.
