Shaughnessy Appliance Service Ltd

I had my motor replaced in my dishwasher last year and my oven element replaced a month ago in January. Both service calls were excellent, on time, very clean and efficient. Also budget conscious and helped me choose the most appropriate solution! Will for sure use them again for any service calls!

Part I needed was no longer made. Parts person suggested it might be included on a larger part. When it arrived their employee offered to take away the packaging. When I got home it was apparent the small part I needed was not included. I tried to return it the next day and they refused saying the packaging was not returned with it (a generic unmarked cardboard box), even though it was their parts person who suggested ordering that wrong part, and their employee who offered to take the packaging.

Though I have an older model dishwasher Shaughnessy employees genuinely seemed to care about my issue. They are professional and knowledgeable. Took the extra step to search out options, great communication and followed through ahead of the promised time.

I had 3 appliances at our business in need of repair, not knowing who to contact I asked a co-worker for a recommendation and they highly recommended Shaughnessy Appliance. I can see why they came so highly recommended as my experience in dealing with this team was excellent. Both the individuals handling our appointment and the team on-site were professional and provided excellent customer service. I received a confirmation of my booking along with a reminder. The service person arrived within the scheduled time frame, took the time to explain the issues of each appliance to me, and provide me with my options, costs and timelines for repair. A return trip was required after parts were ordered and we once again experienced the same level of excellent customer service with a different service person. Overall we couldn't have had a better experience and will definitely use Shaughnessy again should the need arise.

The service technicians were punctual, polite and efficient. They solved the problem with my washing machine and it has worked like a charm since their visit. I would definitely call Shaughnessy again for any appliance repair!

This is the second time I've used Shaughnessy to fix my appliances. I'm VERY happy to say that once again, the service was outstanding. Joe came and replaced the motor in the dishwasher. He did an excellent job. When running it through a test cycle, he heard something - a very faint occasional clicking - that I thought was normal. He knew exactly what it was and fixed it as well. Now it's running even better than before. Joe was knowledgeable, professional and amiable. I'll strongly recommending Shaughnessy to friends and family. How can I not? Thank you for the fantastic service.

The repair people showed up on time and were both friendly and professional. They did a good job of fixing our dryer. One repair person was training the other which was fine. The more experienced repair person explained the repair as well as suggestions for keeping the appliance in good running order. Overall, I was very happy with the service call and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Service technician Calen came to do some warranty work on our new stove, the gentleman was very polite and took great care of watching not to damage/get anything dirty in our recently renovated kitchen by laying down a padded work blanket to protect floor/countertop. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired all in a matter of 40 mins. He was kind enough to explain to us about what he was doing and how he was going to repair it. I contacted Shaughnessy Appliances because my 10 year old Kitchenaid fridge and dishwasher needed repair. The techs they sent were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. It took them about 90 minutes to diagnose the issues, a couple of weeks to get the parts and about an hour to install them. They quoted me a price and stuck to it. I was very happy with their service.

I can honestly say I was very impressed with the service we got. Even though the work completed was under warranty, the service technicians that came the first time were able to get my oven working so we could still carry on with our Christmas plans. Once the fan came in, your technicians came within 1 day of calling and replaced it. Unfortunately that did not fix the whole issue, but within a few days we had a new motor in our oven and it was back to 100 % working condition. Definitely 5 star service from your team!
