I tried a couple of cleaners before I found Carrie. The others always left me disappointed after their sessions. They would dust and vacuum and mop but not really get at the dirt. Carrie came for a deep clean and the result was spectacular - everything was clean. There's no dust left behind. She cleaned all the ledges and really got to all the dirt. There was no chemical smell left behind which I also always hated. Everything was just clean. My husband and I are so very impressed. Glad I switched!

Carrie at Waterloo Cleaning Services is amazing. She is punctual, professional and does and excellent job. I actually don't know how she got our shower grout so clean. I had been trying myself with all kinds of harsh chemicals and she was able to tackle it with natural products!I had a bad experience in the past with a previous company so I was nervous about finding a new cleaner. With work, family and renos I just don't have time to detail the house but it's hard to find someone to provide reliable services.I'm so grateful to have stumbled upon Carrie. At first my husband didn't want to spend the money on a cleaner, but he's on board now!

After looking at my horrible shower for months I decided to get someone in to clean it. After calling a few cleaners I decided on Carrie. She returned my phone call promptly and was very pleasant. She did an AMAZING job on the shower and the whole house! She walks around with a toothbrush in her tool belt! Great cleaning service!

I am pretty good about maintaining a moderately clean house, but I've never been good at deep cleaning. Carrie came over and spent a day working with me to scrub our bathrooms and office space and the areas that I use for my photography business. I was honestly shocked at how beautifully clean our rooms were when she left! She had tons of tips and tricks for cleaning that were way more effective than the way I had been doing things. The house was nowhere near that clean when we moved in two years ago. I can honestly say that now our home is the cleanest it has ever been. I will absolutely have Carrie and Waterloo Cleaning Services come back. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!
