Disrespectful behaviour from the management as well as very poor costomer service (manager - Shelly)Thank you for your response. I appreciate your attempt to deflect from the disrespectful behavior and poor customer service I experienced from your manager, Shelly. However, a $150 accessory gift does not excuse or negate the unprofessionalism I encountered. This place is set up like a prison you have to buzz and look at a camera and then stand and wait. After 5 mins I walked away and gave my business to another company!!!
