Ordered a bed in the store, the sales person was really friendly and tried to get us the best delivery date possible because we didn't have a bed because of our recent move. The delivery was done a little later than initially planned because of a factory error, but the staff we spoke to on the phone was very friendly and explained to us what happened. The delivery was also done a little later in the day than planned, but the driver kept us up to date on any changes throughout the day which was very much appreciated.Very happy with the customer service provided by everyone and the quality of the bed is also good. Thank you for the awesome service! :)

Extremely unprofessional. I called and reserved 4 Rhodes chairs in the bone color and was assured I could pick it up the following day. The next day, an hour before my pickup, they called me and told me they took someone else’s money and sold it. Do not deal with this location as they have terrible business ethics and will waste your time to make a buck.

Amazing service from helping us select furniture to taking delivery of them, Misal has been a pleasure to deal with. He made sure to arrange not only the design but also the colour we wanted, that too by skipping the wait time. Highly recommended!

There are scammers! Please be aware of them, they showed us product at $1799 and later checked it online and said it’s $1999, later the staff acted and said he is adjusting the price to $1799 on his behalf, but they actually sold us floor model itself without informing and then we checked the invoice, we told them it’s unethical but the store manager kept arguing, we took refund. Worst customer experience.
