Splash Custom Surfaces

BEWARE OF THIS GUY!!! Andrew Fiset of Splash Custom Surfaces drew up a contract to replace my inground pool liner in June 2020. After numerous delays by Sept of 2020 the liner was finally in but the job wasn't completed. I've tried multiple times to have him come to finish what he started but he doesn't return texts, calls or emails. I even reached out to the distributor that I spoke with him about getting the liner from. They also tried to contact him to resolve the matter but he ignored them as well.Aside from ignoring me and the incomplete job, the liner is coming out of the track system and he never replaced parts stated in the contract. He also sprayed my cream coloured house with blue paint, got the paint on my furniture and dripped the paint down the sidewalk. I know he realized this because he mentioned that he would be back with a cleaner to remove the paint.I was patient and understanding regarding the delays that he said was due to Covid. All I wanted was the job to be done so that I could enjoy my backyard.1 STAR IS TOO HIGH OF A RATING

Stay away!! Paid $5200 as a down payment in APRIL with an expected install in June. June went then July…no info, no contact. I emailed, called, texted, messaged on social media…no response for 6 weeks. Then the day I reported the issue to PayPal and got his account suspended, he emails me. Makes an excuse about liner not being available (true) then puts me in touch with his “distributor.” Distributor confirms that liner will come in in 2 weeks. I decide to give him another shot. After 3 weeks with no contact, I email. He confirms that liner should be in the following week. Waited…waited…waited…no contact, no info, no pool. Emails, phone calls, messages are all ignored AGAIN. Filed another complaint to PayPal (I removed the other to give him another chance) and he never even bothered to contact them…so they refunded my money.Never mind this was supposed to be my 7 year old’s birthday present….never mind he badmouthed all the other pool and spa places in town and claimed he was better, never mind he told me to tear up the sod in my yard to prep and he would take $500 off, and now I have a mud pit in my yard. I could have handled a wait due to the liner being slow…but no contact, no information and, in the end, no pool despite giving him LOTS of time. Now to decide whether I should go after him for the yard or not…..don’t listen to the really good stories this guy makes up to sell his product…he doesn’t produce and doesn’t do what he claims.

I was having an issues with my hot tub control pad and 2 places I called wanted over $100 to come look to see what's wrong. I called these guys and the owner solved my issue over the phone with me in like 2 minutes. Only company I'll call from now on.

They dont know what they are doing.

You would think that $4500 would get you a working pool but what it gets you is a lawyer and a second contractor to fix the problem and complete the job. Don’t get scammed by this guy.
