I’ve been coming here for a while now and the service never disappoints. I’ve seen many new faces at this store and all are kind and very helpful. Never once had an issue shopping here, and I enjoy buying products here because they tend to have the best deals.Awesome service, great staff— and that’s what keeps me coming back here, rather than the 1 min dispensary nearby by home.

A staff member misheard me talking to a friend in the parking lot and then refused to let me make a purchase. She was far away and simply completed misheard what we were talking about. We are 30+ year olds but my friend didn't have ID and wasn't planning to purchase anything. Very rude and disrespectful staff.

Have been here a couple times previously without issue as I had opted to pay cash. Today when I made an order online I chose to pay for it on the webpage. Currently my money is on hold now with no confirmation and the staff were not helpful as well as misgendered me.I specifically asked, is there a way to be refunded if the confirmation doesn't go through -and instead was told only a confirmation number was needed .. which did not at all answer the question...

I come here so much. You folks can look up my name in your database, I’m a member. Just had my friend go in to buy stuff for himself to share with me. One of the employees started lying and said I told him to “buy a cartridge”. Not true. He was buying for himself and she misheard us and caused a scene and refused to sell. Super petty, taking the law and exaggerating it for no good reason. Taking my business elsewhere.

Been coming here for my last few time now. Man the staff super nice and very helpful on picking out products or just to help u get what you need. Lots of products to pick from to. Plus a great point system. I think the best part is they do price matching and will beat all other shops prices

This shop just recently moved into my area and is already my favourite shop. The inside is absolutely beautiful and very clean and tidy. The employees are absolutely wonderful to talk to and are very honest, sincere, and knowledgeable. The BEST part is that the prices are the best i've seen in the area. Honestly don't have a single bad thing to say about this place, every time i visit i leave with another positive and friendly interaction.

Been coming here for a while.. and I think I’m gonna stop. every time I come in I get more annoyed with the staff. I get attitude from a shaggy hair dude who looks like he hasn’t spoken to women his entire life. Most of the staff look like they are homeless or suffer from mental health issues.

This is hands down my favourite place to buy cannabis. They have a great selection and their prices are awesome, plus there's a VIP discount! The staff have always been super friendly and well informed in my experience (I usually go once a week) I can't recommend them enough
