All valley plumbing did great work for us . They showed up on time, completed their work and left a clean job site. Their price was very fair considering the ran 200 feet of water line to an out building. I highly recommend All Valley Plumbing

The folks at All Valley were very responsive and flexible (they were able to come out the day after I called for an appointment), and they were up-front about the work that would be needed, walking me through my options.And when they came to fix my sink, they did the work quickly and well.I am nothing if not thoroughly pleased, and I would happily recommend All Valley to anyone I know in their service area for some plumbing work. And I know who I'll be calling next time I need some plumbing work done.

Our water heater went out suddenly. I asked around for recommendations and All Valley got the thumbs up. I called and they were here the very next day and installed a new propane water tank for us. Efficient. Courteous. Professional. The workmanship deserves an A+ and their customer service is excellent. It's been 6 months and everything is working great!

Duston and David came out to move our pipes so we could have a more functional washer and dryer area. We live in a hundred year old home so space is tight. They were able to re-pipe and install a new water box against the wall we wanted it on.They came to our house wtih massive amounts of knowledge and did not string us along. When they were working they checked out a leak that another company quotes us work on. There price was half the cost of the other business. They explained that the orginal work that was done on our house seven years ago before purchase was not up to par. The copper pipe had not been solder incorrectly. When they were testing the water they found another joint had not been solder incorrectly again. They were quickly able to fix the problem and give us valuable information for future plumbing needs.Not once did I feel like they were here to nickle and dime us and charge more than what was required. They are a smaller business and they do it right. Will be going to them for all of our future needs.Thanks again Duston and David really appreciate the work.

After calling multiple plumbers in the area to come fix our kitchen drain issue, Duston was the only one to return my call. He called me on Friday and offered to come out on Easter Sunday. We ended up meeting on Monday when our schedules lined up.Duston was super professional and a very good communicator. He listened to me explain my issue and show him what I had figured out on my own. We discussed options and how he wanted to approach solving the issue. Once I gave the green light he quickly got to work.He was able to solve our drain issue and fix another minor leak he found while working in just two hours, plus offered that if it clogged up again in 30 days he would come out again at no charge to clean the pipe out.I would definitely hire Duston again without hesitation and gladly refer him to anyone needing plumbing install, service or repair.

Plumbing issues are never good news. You cannot control the cost of plumbing repairs, but you can hope for excellent service. We were living in a nightmare, with standing sewage in the toilet and shower in our only bathroom. Could not get a plumber to come out in under a week until I got a referral to All Valley Plumbing. Roto Rooter guy actually refused to even come out to Camano Island and was needlessly rude to me on the phone. When I called All Valley, Duston answered the phone, was personable, and sent a guy out THAT DAY to work on our problem. When our problem turned out to be more complex than we originally thought, Duston personally worked tirelessly to get the bottom of it (with a shovel, on a Saturday, in the cold rain). He found our rotten pipes, full of roots, and replaced them in the same day. All running great now, and, though the cost was painful, the rate was fair. I would absolutely recommend All Valley for any of your plumbing needs.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I had them do a large job for a major renovation at my house and everything went well and they did do a good job for the rough-in. So I can't fault them for their work. They quoted me more than other bids that I had but went with them since they came recommended from my contractor.But then, when it came to do the final installation before my family is moving in (finishing installing the toilets, sinks, shower heads, etc), they inform me that wasn't part of the initial quote and they are going to charge me thousands more and if I didn't go with them, they would revoke their warranty (since other reputable companies were willing to do the same job for much less).That would be like my flooring guys putting 75% of my floors in and saying to get the other 25%, I need to pay more.Seriously, this is what I call a shakedown and will never ever do business with this company" again."
