Just had my carpet runners replaced by Mizar and his coworker. After doing broad research I settled for them. And wow! The right decision. Soooo professional. Am very happy with their work. Everything fits perfectly! Price was right too. Mizar is very polite and a good listener to ensure he gets what you are seeking. Highly recommend.

5 Stars experience and quality work!My wife and I moved to Toronto with our dogs. They were having a difficult time with the hard wood stairs so we knew we needed to add some form of traction to them. We are renting and wanted to minimize any damage done to the stairs (carpet glue). I reached out to a number of different carpet installers and quickly settled with Mirza from Stairs First for a couple of reasons. When he scoped the job he had a high level of professionalism, was very timely, and gave very competitive/transparent pricing.We were able to get the entire job completed (scoping and install) in less than a week. I am very pleased with the finished product (see photos). The carpet is high quality and the install was fast.I highly recommend using Mirza with Stairs First.

I called to book an appointment, and the guy said he'd show up between 10 & 10:30. At 10:40 he called me to tell me he wouldn't. be there till 1. I asked him why he was calling me when he's already late for the appointment, only to say he's going to be there in 3 hours? and then the guy hung up on me. Quality service. Thanks for nothing.

I had hired Stairs first for removing the old carpet & installing the new ones.They were thorough & super professional. The pricing is very fair as well.Post installation, I had requested him to install in the laundry room as well, he came the next week and installed the same without having to follow up.Highly recommend his services for anyone looking to install new carpets.

Stairs First did a great job, from when we phoned to request a quote, to the in home visit they were professional and clear with our options and pricing. Once we decided to move forward with them they were able to come and install the carpet within a week and did a fantastic job. They reviewed it with us before finishing to ensure we were happy with there work. We would recommend and my wife is quite picky!!
