After a very bad experience with a Remax agent this morning I had the pleasure of meeting with Karl Saumur who was very knowledgable, passionate and a great customer service oriented agent. Honestly a great experience and if things go in my favour I hope to do business with him further :) A+ customer service Karl!!

I contacted two different agents and neither of them even reply my emails. Wanted to rent a property in Gatineau and they did not help me at all

I was very lucky to have Paul Henry Maheux from Via Capitale Diamant as my real estate agent, since he was working very hard to provide me an outstanding level of service.He responded to me very quickly every time no matter by email or by phone.For every property I was interested in, he sent me a lot of information with documents which he obviously spent a lot of time to search for.He took great care to show me every house we visited. He explained all of the related documents on site and answered all my questions and concerns. If I needed further information, he wrote it down and went above and beyond to find it later for me.He sent me all the documents a day before signing the offer. While signing the offer, he patiently explained all the documents one by one to ensure I fully understood them.His job absolutely is perfect. He is honest, dedicated and professional. Paul Henry Maheux is the best realtor I ever know.
