Best club around.Staff is very knowledgeable, willing to help and available. They quickly return your e-mails, calls etc. Good customer service. It's one of the safest gun range in Québec. Rifle and pistol bays are well maintained and well lit.Good stuff!

Ordered a product off their website that I was pleased to see was in stock as I could not find it anywhere. I received a confirmation email and subsequently heard nothing after 48 hours. Called to inquire about the order and to confirm if said item was actually in stock. I was told that the item was shipped, but I still had not received any tracking information. Waited two and a half weeks and still nothing. I thought maybe they just forgot to send a tracking email. I then receive an email almost three weeks later saying my return was approved and my money was refunded. I was incredibly confused so I called the store to get some clarification on the issue and was rudely told by the gentleman on the phone “the online sales people don’t work weekends, call back during the week.” Pretty awful customer service and overall experience in general. It was annoying enough to be told the item I ordered was in stock and shipped even though it wasn’t, but to be left guessing for almost three weeks?! Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Beautiful shooting club, especially after the renos were complete. Lorenzo is a gem and full of all sorts of great firearms knowledge and skill. So is Theresa and Liz. Just salt of the Earth people, and I will miss them greatly. Great stock as well, and the ranges are perfect too.Minus 2 stars because of the complete lack of community amongst members. Moved to Ontario recently, and the clubs here have online forums where members can communicate with one another, organize car-pooling options for members without vehicles who are still incredibly passionate about the sport, etc. I found that kind of sense of community severely lacking at CRAFM, which is unfortunate considering the steep annual membership fee.

Very disappointing experience and unsafe. The positive is that the store has a good selection, but all products are available elsewhere. Most of the positive reviews focus on this aspect of the business. On the negative side is the safety of facility. The owner, Frank Nardi, really needs to review or change the Range Safety Officers (RSO). This facility has had problems in the past and it continues to get worse. Read the reviews, educate yourself, and avoid at all cost.Update: CRAFM did reach out to ask me to provide more details as per below. The sad part is that as I was leaving CRAFM, I took the time to stop at the front desk and speak with the employee at the counter. In brief, he told me that he didn't care if they lost a client. To CRAFM management: read your reviews there are lots of good comments on Google and elsewhere about your employees. Several people have given up membership because of your Range Officers. It really isn't that difficult to identify the weak links and over zealous staff. Again, this is a safety issue and it is the reason I will not return. Do nothing and guaranteed someone else will get hurt. Then the entire sport suffers.

Best range and gunsmith I have ever been to, all the staffs here are kind and knowledgeable, and happy to answer whatever you want to know. They have a variety of guns, and they can order special guns for you if they don't have them in stock. Just got my new Sig P229R, nice gun, nice service. Best gun club ever.Edit: Above was the comment I made 5 years ago when I just joined the club and most of what I said still holds true so I won’t change what I posted. I really enjoyed my time here as a member. This club and its awesome staffs taught me almost everything I knew today regarding firearms and I couldn’t tell how many friends I have made here in all these years. I joined IPSC and competitive shooting here and went from pistol to rifles to even more types of firearms. Probably nothing would happen if I didn’t join this club 6 years ago so I’ll never regret it. However, I’m really regret to say that I have to leave this club and switch to somewhere else because they are now hiring some very rude, disrespectful, arrogant and unprofessional range officers. A range officer took away my black badge only because I took off my protective goggles when I’m not shooting and he literally yelled at me and smacked the wall when I’m packing my rifle(which is unloaded with chamber open and no mag in it) behind the shooting line. Taking your goggles off while not shooting might be against the club’s rule but it has nothing to do with firearms safety so he has no right to take away my black badge. Most importantly the way he is treating and communicating with club members is just unacceptable. This used to be a very friendly and supportive club to have fun, practice and make friends but now with someone like him who will constantly stare at you like you are about to steal something from him and jump on you if you did something he doesn’t like totally ruined it. I wish the owner and all employees best wishes that I could think of because I really appreciate all their help along the way. I feel really sorry that I have to leave and I hope one day when the terrible range officer is gone I can finally return to my favourite club.Best wishes

These people are very professional and business savvy. Thursday morning, I ordered some reloading primers unavailable across Canada. Basically, nobody else had any in the whole North.By close of the same business day, the shipment was out. Next Tuesday noon I got the delivery. And that was due to the long weekend. Otherwise, I'd have got it on Monday. Same province delivery but still, impressive. The product is in perfect shape.Of course, they will have my business from now on. They are fast and they have stuff that is unavailable everywhere else.Pricewise, they are competitive. But again, they have stuff others don't. And that's why I will check them out before other businesses. They get stuff done. And fast.

Very decent chaps and lovely dogs. Great range for pistol and carbine shooters, bilingual friendly. Could use some improvements with safety and and etiquette education, not such a good idea to just send ppl in and later give them trouble for range-specific infractions that ppl were not adequately informed about and could only find out by digging deep into the website or tiny postings. 5/5 recommended for courses, training, purchase, and competition, 2/5 for trying out your shiny new rifles—open space offers much more fresh air and enjoyable experience.
