Online customer service is useless. They sent a phone to my address with no apt #. Fed Ex was unable to deliver. I have been left without a phone and only way of me communicating is online. I don't have a phone to contact them thanks to their mistake.

If only we could give zero stars because that's what this pathetic company deserves. I will never deal with them again and will make sure everyone knows my experience.Was offered a better deal with virgin. Then rogers called me back and gave me an even better one so I went back within one month. They kept charging me after I canceled. I called back and they're telling me I have to pay the bill even though I haven't used any service. Ivan the supervisor told me 'oh I know no one wants to pay for services they didn't use'...then goes on to tell me that is exactly what I was going to have to doCanceled my internet and will never touch this garbage company again.

I accepted Virgin Plus black friday promotion plan on Nov. 24 but was refused because Virgin service team said the system doesn't support the plan when I received virgin sim card to active it today. The most terrible was Virgin staff transfered my previous plan/number from my previous tel firm without my approval/confirmation to force me accepted their poor/expensive plan. And one virgin staff named Mr. Deep ??(he said he is the executive manager of Virgin service) was very unprofessional to shut off my call during our conversation without any reasonable explanation. How such a poor performance firm survived in Canada!!!

Honestly none of the customer service agents speak English properly and constantly say * what.... I can't hear you* ..well you are a mobile service provider, you would think connection would be better. Virgin mobile keeps disconnecting my phone over nonpayment even when I have made a payment just to charge me the activation fee.Then when you call customer service they say its automatic and nothing can be done.Honestly the services have wayy gone down hill when it comes to customer service. Once I figure out what other companies are a better option I will be moving my services. Just wanted to give a honest review for anyone looking for a company that actually values their clients... this is not it. They get you in with the benefits and coupons.. but its all just flashy stuff to get you in. I've never had a problem resolved and end up having pointless dead-end answers. Ever since the pandemic they pretty much deactivate your phone every chance they get to charge you them fees!

Terrible customer service. Playing with customers. Using many lies to solve customers’ problems.Their Home internet and Mobile service is good, nothing to complain about; however, terrible customer service.First lie: They promised to give me a discount if I use both their Home internet and Mobile service. However, they never did it. I called to remind them, talked to another guy, he said he couldn’t do it. I told him to check the conversation record last time between me and the guy who promised me the discount. He said would do it, but lied again and I never got my discount.Second lie: I had a problem with my home internet so I had to cancel the line, but after a few days I called them to reconnect it. They agreed to reconnect the line, but then I couldn’t use it because of a modem error. They said they would send me another modem, but the modem being sent was lost. I had to wait while they were solving the problem. I called them to complain again because they left me 10 days without Internet and not solving the problem at all. I was very angry when I called them. Finally, I got to talk with a supervisor. She apologized and promised me a free month using the Internet and would send a technician immediately. The technician came, in fact, the second lie is here when the technician told me that the line hasn’t reconnected, he only can install it when Virgin creates a new line for me. I got really mad. It seems they didn’t solve any problem for me at all.Third lie: I have to use a new line. And I never had a free month as they promised. I called them again to clarify. Another guy told me he couldn’t do anything and the supervisor didn’t have the right to give me a month using the internet for free. Really!!!In total, we probably call virgin 10 times in a few weeks for our internet issues, we talked to 10 different persons and always get a different answer to our problem. Very depressing …Virgin is really playing with me. Not professional for problem solving. Terrible customer service, lies to calm down customers and never make it done.You are better to choose other companies to have a good treat than Virgin.

I am so disgusted with Virgin Plus customer service interactions and supervisor Cheryl interaction.i have asked to speak with manager and have been denied to talk with a manager. I was hung up on, I was told by customer service agent let me get you to a manager who can entertain this call then forwarded me to the supervisor even after me telling him I wanted a manager. Supervisor then refused once again to get a manager on the phone, continued to be condescending towards me telling me she fixed my issue which is not true. I then explained to her I would like all of my calls from today reviewed and would like to talk to manager. She then said that manager is on lunch break. I asked her if she can put in a call back request so manager can get in touch with me and was told manager is in meeting. I asked if manager can call me after meeting. She took down my number and told me that I will get a call back. In one to two hours it has been over 4 hours and no call back. I pay virgin plus way touch money to be treated like this and would like this issue and horrible customer service rectified.

Used to be a good company, but alas, no more. My phone bill has skyrocketed over the past three years or so. If you call them, they might give you a brief reprieve, only to continue jacking up their prices by over 10% on a regular basis.I started with them because I'd had a good experience with them in the past and their initial price was reasonable. I didn't realize that as soon as they have you, they start jacking up their rates, often and for ridiculous percentages. I can no longer afford to continue being a customer. I've moved to a provider that offers more for about 60% of the cost.

Zero Stars (if I could!!). I am already a client as I have set up an account for my son and pay for his cell phone while he is away at University. I wanted to move my personal phone over to Virgin from Rogers and join that account - seems to require a brain surgeon to make this happen. I have tried twice (once online and once speaking to an actual real" person). Gave all of my credit card information and personal information online; received a purchase order to have that cancelled 24 hours later. Called to speak with a sales representative ... spent 20 minutes and gave him all of my information again. Was told everything was set up as a new account and my phone was ordered and on it's way. No email or confirmation of any kind was received. Called the next day and was informed there was no record of my new account and "would I like to set something up"?? What a joke of a company. I will be looking at Telus or some other company and will tell my son to move his phone in a few weeks when he graduates. What a waste of time. Our regulator has to open up the competition levels to allow more cell phone companies in Canada because sub-bar companies like Virgin should have some "true" competition so they are forced to provide good service or leave the market."

Worst phone service I've ever had. I'm in a basement apartment and I have one bar at best. It's gotten a lot worse over the last month to. Phone calls cut out can't call anyone at certain times. 0 stars
