I regret spending any money here but they're the only that carries what I needed (locally). Been here three times and the staff can't be bothered to greet you even after making eye contact. Then the people behind the counter at the back who are too occupied with goofy around with one another to ask if you need help. They're also overpriced

Great store, great selection, and amazing customer service. Sales dude literally went to his car to get his personal tools to help me take off an old licence plate. Can’t top that.

im just gonna give a reviews on the front cashier, around 6:45 pm monday july 10 2023! i gave her my receipt and asked for a refund on my end and shes not in the mood to help u she's splashing and grabed your receipt and her face is frowning, not freindly not smiling may she dont like asian like me, it's my first time to buy parts oin LORDCO, so disapointed today, shes blonde and chubby, if youre not happy on your job nust quit and dont upset customers like me!!

Went there for a 2 1/4” exhaust clamp when I went to pay for it the lady said it was $45…. For a clamp. Needless to say I didn’t buy it went to Canadian tire same clamp was $4.99. I even asked the lady if she was sure that was the correct price. With prices that high I’m surprised anyone would buy anything there.
