Lots of closed or empty stores. More security guards than customers in a lot of places. Dollarama doesn't take mall gift cards.

I dont realky go to the intercity shopping mall that much Amy more ,just when I need too ,I usually go to Walmart, or superstore or Dollorama.. I find all the stores in intercity pretty Pricy and above my pay grade !!!

Literally best place ever I go there all the time with friends and family, I totally recommend coming here. Food court is good cheap, Shops are good, a little pricey but good.

Growing up in Thunder Bay, InterCity has always maintained a clean and friendly atmosphere. Good variety of shops and foods in the food court.

It's okay. The mall has died a bit since I lived in the city 7 years ago. However, it's still relatively clean and security is watchful. Sad to see empty shops along the stretches though, because it was once the place to be.

Only went to Marshall's and urban planet. Urban had a good sale on. Marshall's also had some good things on sale. At both places the sales staff were great .À70

This mall has a lot of different shops, and even though I ended up not buying anything while I was there, I found the business employees that I spoke to to be very helpful.There's lots of parking available, I wasn't there during a busy time of the day, but it looked to me like there would not be a problem with parking at any time of the day.
