Chelsey did my cut and color prior to my wedding as well as mine and my wedding party's hair on the day of. She did a fantastic job, was punctual, and very professional. Strongly recommend her and Base Studio for your basic hair needs all the way up to your most important events!

I have been going to Amanda for over 4 years now, I strongly believe she is the best in Regina .I had issues in the past with every hair dresser trying to do my hair blonde and it NEVER turned out, always looked orange. When she became my hair dresser she was the ONLY ONE that was able to nail the exact colour I wanted. She is super kind and always takes care of me. You really feel as though you are attending a salon in LA how she treats her customers, I am always offered a drink and my coat hung up. I couldn't be more happy with my experiences at the salon. I'm so thankful for how she works with her clients to create the EXACT vision they want!

When I first moved to Regina about a year and a half ago I was unsure of where to book in for my hair and picked a random place hoping for the best. Well unfortunately my hair turned out yellow and resembling Taylor Swift curls circa 2008, not good. I desperately needed it fixed and finally came across Amanda and WILL NEVER trust anyone else with my hair besides her from now on. From the moment I walked in she was kind, friendly, and instantly reassured me that we can fix my nightmare hair. Flash forward to now and my hair is healthy and I constantly get compliments on the colour and style. Not only is she a phenomenal hair stylist, but she also has your best interest in mind. I wanted new hair extensions and she researched thoroughly to determine where to get the hair from and the best method to apply them based on my hair profile. People can't believe I have extensions because of how well they blend. As someone who has always strived to only go to the best hair stylists, Amanda is phenomenal. I highly recommend her for everyone regardless of whether you need colour, extensions, a cut, or a style for any occassion. She won't let you walk out of her salon without something that makes you look and feel amazing.

I am a bit biased. But Amanda is one of the hardest working people I know and am so proud of her and the business she has built from the ground. She has worked very hard and has put in lots of unpaid hours to build her clientele and build her bridal business to where it is today. That speaks volumes when I can’t even get an appointment with her for months in advance. And knowing that she’s booked 2 years in advance for wedding dates makes me so proud of how far she has come. She is extremely talented and it shows, her clients always write nice things on their photos on Instagram.

I just left base studio and had a great consultation with the team! I'm a very on the go person with random thoughts, questions, and ideas that I want. I shared my hair goals with the lovely ladies Amanda and Chelsey, they answered all my questions and helped me pick out the right stuff and listened to what I was really after. Overall my appointment was short because they were so helpful and professional! Thank you for taking the time to meet with me!

As someone who was terrified to go to a hairdresser because of terrible experiences, there is no one I would trust more with my wedding in 2020 then Amanda. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Not only have I seen her work but she gets lots of reviews from multiple people in the wedding groups. She consistently does 30+ weddings a year for a reason. She’s amazing at what she does!

I would not recommend Amanda to do hair for a bridal party. She put in very little effort, was unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be doing our hair. All of our updos fell out before the ceremony.The hairstyles were very fuzzy" and unpolished looking. Her assistant was very nice and did a great job on the ladies' hairstyles she was assigned to. I would give 5 stars to her

The most beautiful and welcoming environment. All the staff are exceptional but Amanda specifically is truly amazing at what she does and always ensures I am 100% happy with the final product. There is no one else i would trust with my hair. I constantly recommend her services to my family and friends.
