Many thanks to the DNM team! I am a construction site superintendent and have dealt with many mechanical companys in the past (mostly in the GTA) and I am very particular as to who works in my home. We recently had a Navien tankless water heater and a ERV installed and couldn't be more pleased with the quality and attention to detail our installers Norm and Dylan provided. They were courteous and took great care in ensuring floors and work area was protected and kept clean. They took the time after the install to instruct us on the operation of the units and didnt leave until we were comfortable with the operating proceedures. Many thanks to our sales rep Steve F! From the time I first spoke to him I knew we were in good hands. He followed up regularly prior to the install and after. He provided a very competitive quote and managed his team very well throughout. DNM, truly, is our mechanical 'one stop shop'!Thanks again DNM.

The DNM team did an excellent job of installing our new Nepoleon furnace. From Steve the Sales Manager to the installers Kevin, Michael and Dominic, all were friendly and professional. They answered our many questions and explained the workings of the furnace. Without a doubt they gave us the red carpet treatment. We would certainly recommend DNM Heating and Cooling.

After a brief consultation with their Comfort Advisor" Steve F. I was convinced that DNM Heating and Plumbing would be my choice of contractor for any service that they provide that I'd have need of. Ahead of his visit Steve F. called to inform me that he was on his way and that he would be there within 15 minutes. He arrived on time

Friendly and professional service right form the start. Steve our salesman was knowledgeable on the AC unit we needed, easy to communicate with which made the whole process an easy experience.The installation team was respectful, did a picture perfect install and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Professional and friendly anytime needed to interact with the installation team.Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Had a 10am appointment. Called at 10:15 to confirm appointment as I was allready waiting and had to book time off work. Plumber didn’t arrive until 10:45am.

Had a gas fireplace installed. Ordered the unit Monday, had it in Thursdays. Installation team were great, polite, friendly, and quick. Really impressed with the napoleon quality. Happy to recommend.

Brent did a fast and great job. Also informed me of other services this company did. They came to our rescue right aeay. Everyone else was over 2 week wait minimum. Will use again.

Amazing team, go above and beyond for their customers. Provided cost savings ideas, completed the heat pump rebate program paperwork quickly, were on time, communicate very well. Provide coordination with other trades company (electrical/carpentry) which made my tasks so much easier. I would highly recommend Amanda, Steve and team. Thank you for all you did!
