Go to Amazon, at least if your purchase is defective they will give you your money back. The full story is I made a purchase of an item that cost over $200 which was defective. They brought in a replacement which was also defective. Even though it hadn't left the store they still refused to do a refund. Now I'm out over$200 and still don't have the item I wanted. Instead I have a gift card for a place that I never wish to set foot in again. Long story short, had I shopped online, I would have the product I want or my money. Not impressed. Will be back, but not by choice.

I have been to this store several times over the years and had always found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. However the last two times I have visited have been a completely different experience. The staff working know next to nothing about products, cannot answer questions, and the professional environment is gone and the staff are very brash about intimate matters. If it wasn't for the positive experiences I've had before, I wouldnt even rate 2 stars. What happened?

Staff are required to open packaging for anyone who asks...I don’t know about you, but I don’t want my toys being touched by other people. Not to mention, the manager (Sarah) is incredibly rude. She’s unprofessional and consistently mistreats her staff as well as customers.
